Adhesives - Determination of peel resistance of adhesive bonds - Floating roller method

This European Standard specifies a floating roller method for the determination of the peel resistance of adhesive bonds between one rigid adherend and one flexible adherend when tested under specified conditions of preparation and testing.
NOTE   The use the floating roller produces more constant numerical data than other peel methods, but it should not be expected that the flexible adherend will conform to the surface of the roller.

Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Rollenschälverfahren für die Bestimmung des Schälwiderstandes von Klebungen zwischen einem starren Fügeteil und einem flexiblen Fügeteil bei der Prüfung unter vorgeschrie-benen Vorbehandlungs  und Prüfbedingungen fest.
ANMERKUNG   Die Verwendung der Pendelrolle liefert gleichbleibendere Zahlenangaben als andere Verfahren, jedoch sollte nicht erwartet werden, dass sich das flexible Fügeteil an die Rollenoberfläche anpasst.
SICHERHEITSHINWEIS — Anwender dieser Norm sollten weitestgehend mit der üblichen Laborpraxis vertraut sein. Diese Norm beabsichtigt nicht, sämtliche mit deren Anwendung verbundenen Sicherheits-probleme, soweit solche gegeben sind, anzusprechen. Es liegt in der Verantwortung des Anwenders, geeignete Maßnahmen für Gesundheits  und Arbeitsschutz einzuleiten und deren Übereinstimmung mit sämtlichen gesetzlichen Vorschriften sicherzustellen.
UMWELTSCHUTZHINWEIS — Es ist davon auszugehen, dass einige der in dieser Norm zugelassenen Materialien negative Auswirkungen auf die Umwelt haben können. Sobald der technologische Fortschritt zu akzeptablen Alternativen für diese Materialien führt, werden sie weitestgehend aus dieser Norm entfernt.
Am Ende der Prüfung sollte der Anwender der Norm dafür sorgen, dass Abfälle den örtlichen Bestimmungen entsprechend ordnungsgemäß entsorgt werden.

Adhésifs - Détermination de la résistance au pelage des assemblages - Méthode des galets mobiles

La présente Norme européenne spécifie une méthode faisant appel à des galets mobiles pour la détermination de la résistance au pelage des assemblages adhésifs réalisés entre un support rigide et un support flexible, dans des conditions définies de préparation et d’essai.
NOTE    L’emploi de galets mobiles permet l’obtention de valeurs numériques plus constantes qu’avec d’autres méthodes de pelage, mais il convient d’admettre que le support flexible ne s’applique pas rigoureusement en tout point sur la surface du galet.

Ta evropski standard določa metodo s pomičnimi valji za določanje odpornosti proti odluščenju lepljenih stikov med togim in mehkim lepljencem pri preskušanju pod posebnimi pogoji priprave in preskušanja. IZJAVA O VARNOSTI – Kjer je to primerno, morajo biti osebe, ki uporabljajo ta dokument, seznanjene z običajnimi laboratorijskimi praksami. Ta dokument nima namena obravnavati vseh varnostnih problemov, ki bi lahko bili povezani z njegovo uporabo. Odgovornost uporabnika je, da vzpostavi primerne varnostne in zdravstvene prakse in zagotovi skladnosti z vsemi regulativnimi pogoji. OKOLJSKA IZJAVA – Razume se, da lahko imajo nekateri materiali, ki jih dovoljuje ta standard, negativen učinek na okolje. Ko bo tehnološki napredek omogočil sprejemljive alternative za te materiale, bodo v največji mogoči meri izločeni iz tega standarda. Ob koncu preskusa mora uporabnik standarda poskrbeti, da odstrani odpadke na primeren način, v skladu z lokalnimi predpisi.
