Adhesives for ceramic tiles - Part 2: Test methods

This European Standard specifies the methods for determining characteristics for adhesives used in internal and external installation of ceramic tiles.
This European Standard does not contain performance requirements or recommendations for the design and installation of ceramic tiles.
The following test methods are described:
-   determination of open time (8.1);
-   determination of slip (8.2);
-   determination of tensile adhesion strength for cementitious adhesives (8.3);
-   determination of shear adhesion strength of dispersion adhesives (8.4);
-   determination of shear adhesion strength of reaction resin adhesives (8.5);
-   determination of transverse deformation of cementitious adhesives (8.6).
NOTE   Ceramic tile adhesives can be used also for other kinds of tiles (natural and agglomerated stones, etc.), if they do not adversely affect the stones.

Mörtel und Klebstoffe für keramische Fliesen und Platten - Teil 2: Prüfverfahren

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Eigenschaften von Mörteln und Klebstoffen für keramische Fliesen und Platten zur Verarbeitung im Innen- und Außenbereich fest.
In dieser Europäischen Norm sind keine Leistungsanforderungen oder Empfehlungen für die Ausführung und Verarbeitung von keramischen Fliesen und Platten enthalten.
Die folgenden Prüfverfahren werden beschrieben:
-   Bestimmung der offenen Zeit (8.1);
-   Bestimmung des Abrutschens (8.2);
-   Bestimmung der Haftzugfestigkeit zementhaltiger Mörtel (8.3);
-   Bestimmung der Haftscherfestigkeit von Dispersionsklebstoffen (8.4);
-   Bestimmung der Haftscherfestigkeit von Reaktionsharzklebstoffen (8.5);
-   Bestimmung der Verformung (8.6).
ANMERKUNG   Mörtel und Klebstoffe für keramische Fliesen und Platten können auch für andere Arten von Fliesen und Platten (Naturwerkstein, Betonwerkstein usw.) verwendet werden, wenn diese Materialien hierdurch nicht beeinträchtigt werden.

Colles à carrelage - Partie 2 : Méthodes d'essai

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les méthodes permettant de déterminer les caractéristiques des colles utilisées pour la pose intérieure et extérieure de carreaux céramiques.
La présente Norme européenne ne contient pas d'exigences de performance, ni de recommandations pour la conception et la pose des carreaux céramiques.
Les méthodes d'essai suivantes sont décrites :
-   détermination du temps ouvert (8.1) ;
-   détermination du glissement (8.2) ;
-   détermination de l'adhérence par traction des mortiers-colles (8.3) ;
-   détermination de l'adhérence par cisaillement des adhésifs en dispersion (8.4) ;
-   détermination de l'adhérence par cisaillement des colles réactives (8.5) ;
-   détermination de la déformation transversale de mortiers-colles (8.6).
NOTE   Les colles pour carreaux céramiques peuvent également être utilisées pour d'autres types de carrelages (carreaux de pierres naturelles ou de pierres reconstituées, etc.) lorsqu’elles sont compatibles.
