Domestic swimming pools - Water systems - Part 3: Water treatment - Requirements

This European Standard specifies requirements and test methods for equipment and means of pool water treatment utilized in domestic swimming pools.
This standard applies for swimming pools as defined in EN 16582-1 and will be read in conjunction with it.
This standard does not apply to:
-   pools for public use covered by EN 15288-1;
-   spas for domestic or public use;
-   paddling pools according to EN 71-8;
-   natural and nature like pools.
NOTE   For filtration systems see prEN 16713-1 and for circulation systems see prEN 16713-2.
The purpose of this standard is furthermore to ensure a consistently high quality of pool water in terms of hygiene in order to prevent damage to human health, particularly as a result of pathogens. At the same time, account is also to be taken of the well-being of the bathers (e.g. by minimizing the side effects caused by disinfectants). To this end, requirements are specified for water quality and water treatment.

Diese Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren für Geräte und Mittel zur Aufbereitung von Schwimmbeckenwasser fest, die in privaten Schwimmbädern verwendet werden.
Diese Norm gilt für Schwimmbäder nach EN 16582-1 und wird im Zusammenhang mit dieser Norm gelesen.
Diese Norm gilt nicht für:
 Schwimmbäder für die öffentliche Nutzung nach EN 15288-1;
 Warmsprudelbecken für die private oder öffentliche Nutzung;
 Planschbecken nach EN 71-8;
 Teiche und Naturschwimmbäder.
ANMERKUNG Zu Filtrationssystemen siehe EN 16713-1 und zu Umwälzsystemen siehe EN 16713-2.
Diese Norm soll außerdem eine gleichmäßig hohe hygienische Qualität des Schwimmbeckenwassers sicherstellen, um die menschliche Gesundheit vor Schäden, vor allem durch Pathogene, zu schützen. Gleichzeitig ist das Wohlbefinden der Badenden zu berücksichtigen (z. B. indem die durch Desinfektion verursachten Nebenwirkungen minimiert werden). Dazu werden die Anforderungen an die Wasserqualität und Wasseraufbereitung festgelegt.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences et les méthodes d'essai applicables aux équipements et systèmes de traitement de l'eau des piscines privées à usage familial.
La présente norme s'applique aux piscines définies dans l'EN 16582-1 et doit être lue conjointement avec cette dernière.
La présente norme ne s’applique pas :
-   aux piscines à usage collectif couvertes par l'EN 15288-1 ;
-   aux spas à usage privé familial ou à usage collectif ;
-   aux pataugeoires selon l'EN 71-8 ;
-   aux bassins naturels et analogues.
NOTE   Pour les systèmes de filtration, voir prEN 16713-1 et pour les systèmes de circulation, voir prEN 16713-2.
La présente norme a en outre pour but de maintenir la haute qualité sanitaire de l'eau des bassins afin d'éviter toute incidence néfaste sur la santé humaine, notamment suite à l'action d'agents pathogènes. Dans le même temps, le bien-être des baigneurs doit également être pris en compte (par exemple en minimisant les effets secondaires des désinfectants). À cet effet, des exigences relatives à la qualité et au traitement de l'eau sont spécifiées.

Ta dokument določa zahteve in preskusne metode za opremo in sredstva za obdelavo bazenske vode, ki se uporablja v domačih plavalnih bazenih.Ta standard velja za plavalne bazene, kot je opredeljeno v standardu WI00402001. Ta standard ne velja za – klasificirane bazene, kot je opredeljeno v standardu EN 15288;– domače prostore za dobro počutje;– naravne in naravnim podobne bazene.OPOMBA: Za filtrirne sisteme in sisteme kroženja vode glej standarda prEN 16713 in prEN 16714.Namen tega standarda je tudi zagotoviti stalno visoko kakovost vode v kadeh ali bazenske vode v smislu higiene, da se prepreči tveganje za zdravje ljudi, zlasti kot posledica patogenov. Istočasno je treba upoštevati tudi dobrobit kopalcev (na primer skrb za zmanjšanje stranskih učinkov, ki jih povzročajo razkužila). V ta namen so določene zahteve za kakovost in čiščenje vode.
