Machines and installations for the exploitation and processing of natural stone - Safety - Requirements for diamond wire saws

This European Standard deals with all significant hazards, hazardous situations and events, as listed in Clause 4, which are relevant to diamond wire saws, as defined and listed in Clause 3.
Diamond wire saws may be used in quarries or in sawmill for cutting natural stones (e.g. marble, granite), when they are used as intended and under conditions of misuse which are reasonably foreseeable by the manufacturer (see Clause 4).
This European Standard specifies the appropriate technical measures to eliminate or reduce risks arising from the significant hazards.
This European Standard deals only with diamond wire saws using coated diamond wire as tool.
This European Standard deals all significant hazards that may occur within the expected lifetime of the machinery including the phases of transport, assembly, dismantling, disabling and scrapping.
This European Standard does not deal with the significant hazards arising by the use of other facilities/devices not described in this document, that may be fitted on the machines or that may be used during the work cycle.
This European Standard does not deal with:
a)   operation under extreme ambient conditions (outside the limits defined in EN 60204 1:2006);
b)   upstream and downstream conveying elements, not integrated with diamond wire saws, for transporting of the work-pieces.
This European standard is not applicable to machines which are manufactured before the date of publication of this document by CEN.

Maschinen und Anlagen zur Gewinnung und Bearbeitung von Naturstein - Sicherheit - Anforderungen für Diamantseilsägen

Diese Europäische Norm behandelt alle in Abschnitt 4 gelisteten signifikanten Gefährdungen, Gefährdungssituationen und Gefährdungsereignisse, die für alle in Abschnitt 3 definierten und aufgeführten Diamantseilsägen relevant sind.
Diamantseilsägen können in Steinbrüchen oder in Sägewerken zum Schneiden von Natursteinen (z. B. Marmor, Granit) verwendet werden, wenn sie bestimmungsgemäß und unter Bedingungen der Fehl-anwendung, die vernünftigerweise vom Hersteller vorhersehbar sind, verwendet werden (siehe Abschnitt 4).
Diese Europäische Norm legt die entsprechenden technischen Maßnahmen zur Beseitigung oder Verminderung der Risiken fest, die von den signifikanten Gefährdungen ausgehen.
Diese Europäische Norm behandelt nur Diamantseilsägen mit beschichteten Diamantseilwerkzeugen.
Diese Europäische Norm behandelt alle signifikanten Gefährdungen, die innerhalb der vorhersehbaren Lebensdauer der Maschinen auftreten können, einschließlich der Phasen Transport, Montage, Demontage, Außerbetriebnahme und Verschrottung.
Diese Europäische Norm befasst sich nicht mit den signifikanten Gefährdungen, die sich aus der Verwendung anderer in diesem Dokument nicht beschriebener Vorrichtungen/Geräte ergeben, die an den Maschinen angebracht werden können oder die während des Arbeitszyklus verwendet werden können.
Diese Europäische Norm behandelt Folgendes nicht:
-   Betrieb unter extremen Umgebungsbedingungen (außerhalb der Beschränkungen, die in EN 60204 1:2006 festgelegt sind);
-   vor- und nachgeschaltete, nicht mit den Diamantseilsägen integrierte Förderelemente zum Transport der Werkstücke.
Dieses Dokument gilt nicht für Maschinen, die vor dem Datum der Veröffentlichung dieses Dokuments durch CEN hergestellt wurden.

La présente Norme européenne traite de tous les phénomènes, situations et événements dangereux significatifs, tels qu'énumérés à l'Article 4, qui sont applicables aux scies à fil diamanté, telles que définies et énumérées à l'Article 3.
Les scies à fil diamanté peuvent être utilisées dans les carrières ou dans les scieries pour couper des pierres naturelles (par exemple le marbre, le granite), lorsqu'elles sont utilisées normalement et dans les conditions de mauvaise utilisation raisonnablement prévisibles par le fabricant (voir l'Article 4).
La présente Norme européenne spécifie les mesures techniques appropriées pour éliminer ou réduire les risques dus aux phénomènes dangereux significatifs.
La présente Norme européenne traite uniquement des scies à fil diamanté utilisant comme outil un fil diamanté.
La présente Norme européenne traite de tous les phénomènes dangereux pouvant survenir au cours de la durée de vie prévisible de la machine, y compris les phases de transport, de montage, de démontage, de mise hors service et de mise au rebut.
La présente Norme européenne ne traite pas des phénomènes dangereux significatifs engendrés par l'utilisation d'autres installations/dispositifs non décrits dans le présent document, qui peuvent être montés sur les machines ou utilisés pendant le cycle de travail.
La présente Norme européenne ne traite pas :
a)   de l'exploitation dans des conditions ambiantes extrêmes (au-delà des limites définies dans l’EN 60204 1:2006) ;
b)   des unités de convoyage amont et aval des pièces usinées, qui ne sont pas intégrées aux scies à fil diamanté.
La présente Norme européenne ne s'applique pas aux machines qui ont été fabriquées avant la date de publication du présent document par le CEN.

Stroji in oprema za pridobivanje in obdelavo naravnega kamna - Varnost - Zahteve za enožične diamantne žage

Ta evropski standard se uporablja za enožične diamantne žage, ki se uporabljajo v kamnolomih in obdelovalnih obratih za rezanje marmorja, granita in drugih kamnov iz kamninskih mas v kamnolomu ali iz že pridobljenih blokov. Med obratovanjem so lahko stroji nepremični ali potujoči po tirnicah. Enožične diamantne žage s področja uporabe imajo električni glavni motor. Ta standard obravnava stroje, ki obratujejo v eni glavni osi in več drugih oseh. Poleg tega ta standard ne obravnava težav zaradi nepravilne strukture kamnov, namenjenih za rezanje. Enožične diamantne žage so namenjene za uporabo z diamantnimi rezalnimi žicami, ki so v tem standardu imenovane tudi orodja. Za transportne stroje ta standard ob ravnava samo stroje, ki uporabljajo prevlečena žičnata orodja. Ta standard obravnava vsa večja tveganja, nevarne razmere in dogodke, povezane z enožičnimi diamantnimi žagami, kadar se uporabljajo v skladu s predvidenim namenom in pod pogoji pričakovane nepravilne uporabe, ki jih določa proizvajalec (glej točko 4). Ta evropski standard obravnava nevarnosti med transportom, usposabljanjem za zagon, uporabo in vzdrževanjem. Ta standard ne obravnava hrupa kot pomembne nevarnosti. Ta evropski standard ne obravnava: – obratovanja v izrednih okoljskih pogojih (zunaj omejitev, določenih v standardu EN 60204-1); – navzgor in navzdol premikajočih se elementov za transport obdelovancev. Ta dokument se ne uporablja za stroje, ki so bili izdelani, preden je bil objavljen kot standard EN.
