Extended application of test results for fire resistance and/or smoke control for door, shutter and openable window assemblies, including their elements of building hardware - Part 2: Fire resistance of hinged and pivoted steel doorsets

This Part of prEN 15269, which should be read in conjunction with prEN 15269-1, covers single and double leaf, hinged and pivoted, steel based doorsets.
This document prescribes the methodology for extending the application of test results obtained from test(s) conducted in accordance with EN 1634-1.
Subject to the completion of the appropriate test or tests selected from those identified in Clause 4 the extended application may cover all or some of the following non-exhaustive list:
- Integrity only (E), radiation (EW) or insulated (EI1 or EI2) classifications;
- door leaf;
- wall/ceiling fixed elements (frame/suspension system;
- glazing for door leaf;
- items of building hardware;
- decorative finishes;
- intumescent, smoke, draught or acoustic seals;
- alternative supporting construction(s).

La présente partie du prEN 15269, qu’il convient de lire conjointement avec le prEN 15269-1, couvre les blocs-portes en acier à un vantail ou deux vantaux, pivotants ou battants.
Le présent document prescrit la méthode d’extension de l’application des résultats d’essai obtenus suite aux essais menés conformément à l’EN 1634-1.
Soumise à la réalisation des essais appropriés sélectionnés parmi ceux identifiés dans l’article 4, l’application étendue peut couvrir tout ou partie de la liste non exhaustive ci-dessous :
-   classifications d’étanchéité au feu uniquement (E), de rayonnement (EW) ou d’isolation (EI1 ou EI2) ;
-   ouvrant ;
-   éléments fixes des murs/du plafond (châssis/système de suspension) ;
-   vitrage pour ouvrant ;
-   éléments de quincaillerie ;
-   finis décoratifs ;
-   joints intumescent, joints étanches à la fumée, joints étanches à l’air ou joints acoustiques ;
-   autre(s) construction(s) support(s).
