Postal services - Apertures of private letter boxes and letter plates - Requirements and test methods
This European Standard specifies the requirements and the test methods of the apertures for the delivery of letter post items when fitted in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
It takes into account security, impregnability, safety and performance for the recipient, and ergonomics and efficiency for delivery personnel. It allows the daily delivery in good condition of a great majority of letter post items.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren für die Öffnungen zur Auslieferung von Briefpost fest, die in Übereinstimmung mit den Einbauanweisungen des Herstellers montiert sind.
Es berücksichtigt Schutz und Aufbruchsicherheit sowie Sicherheit und Bedienerfreundlichkeit für den Benutzer sowie für die Zusteller Ergonomie und Effizienz. Es ermöglicht die tägliche Auslieferung der überwiegenden Menge der Briefpost in gutem Zustand.

La présente norme européenne spécifie les prescriptions et les méthodes d’essai correspondantes applicables aux fenêtres d’introduction pour la distribution d’articles postaux, lorsqu’elles sont installées conformément aux instructions du fabricant.
Il prend en compte la sécurité des biens, l’inaccessibilité, la sécurité des personnes et les performances pour le destinataire et l’ergonomie et les conditions de travail du personnel de distribution. Il permet la distribution journalière de la majorité des articles postaux, dans de bonnes conditions.

Upošteva varnost, nepremagljivost, varnost in delovanje za prejemnika ter ergonomijo in učinkovitost za dostavno osebje. Omogoča dnevno dostavo v dobrem stanju za večino predmetov pisemske pošte.
