Extended application of test results for fire resistance and/or smoke control for door, shutter and openable window assemblies, including their elements of building hardware - Part 5: Fire resistance of hinged and pivoted metal framed glazed doorsets and openable windows
This European Standard covers hinged and pivoted steel (any kind) and aluminium based framed, glazed doorsets or openable windows.
This European Standard prescribes the methodology for extending the application of test results obtained from resistance to fire test(s) conducted in accordance with EN 1634 1.
Subject to the completion of the appropriate test or tests selected from those identified in Clause 4 the extended application may cover all or some of the following examples:
- integrity (E), integrity/radiation (EW) or integrity/insulation (EI1 or EI2) classifications;
- doorsets and openable windows;
- door / window leaf (leaves);
- glazing and non-glazed panels in doorset and openable window;
- items of building hardware;
- decorative finishes;
- intumescent, smoke, draught or acoustic seals;
- alternative supporting construction(s).

Diese Europäische Norm gilt für verglaste Drehflügeltüren und zu öffnende Fenster mit Rahmen aus Stahl (alle Stahlsorten) oder aus Aluminium.
Diese Europäische Norm legt die Methodologie zur Erweiterung der Anwendung von Ergebnissen aus Feuerwiderstandsprüfungen nach EN 1634-1 fest.
In Abhängigkeit von der Durchführung der entsprechenden Prüfung oder Prüfungen, die aus den in Abschnitt 4 aufgeführten Prüfungen auszuwählen ist bzw. sind, kann der erweiterte Anwendungsbereich alle oder einige der nachstehend als Beispiele aufgeführten Bereiche abdecken:
- Klassifizierung von nicht wärmegedämmten Abschlüssen (E) sowie von solchen mit Anforderungen an die Strahlung (EW) bzw. von wärmegedämmten Abschlüssen (EI1 oder EI2);
- Türen und zu öffnende Fenster;
- Tür-/Fensterflügel;
- Verglasungen und unverglaste Füllungen in Türen und zu öffnenden Fenstern;
- Baubeschläge;
- dekorative Beschichtungen;
- dämmschichtbildende Dichtungen, sowie Dichtungen zur Behinderung von Rauchdurchtritt (Rauchschutzdichtungen), Durchzug oder Schallübertragung (Schallschutzdichtungen);
- alternative Tragkonstruktion(en).

La présente Norme Européenne couvre les blocs-portes vitrés battants et pivotants et les fenêtres, à ossature en acier (de toute sorte) et en aluminium.
La présente Norme Européenne prescrit la méthodologie d'extension de l'application des résultats d'essai obtenus suite aux essais de résistance au feu réalisés conformément à l’EN 1634–1.
Sous réserve de la réalisation de l'essai ou des essais appropriés choisis parmi ceux identifiés à l'Article 4, l'application étendue peut couvrir tout ou partie des exemples suivants :
- classements d'étanchéité au feu (E), d'étanchéité au feu/rayonnements (EW) ou étanchéité au feu/isolation thermique (EI1 ou EI2) ;
- blocs-portes et fenêtres ;
- vantail (vantaux) de bloc-porte/fenêtre ;
- vitrages et panneaux non vitrés d'un bloc-porte ou d'une fenêtre ;
- éléments de quincaillerie de bâtiment ;
- finitions décoratives ;
- joints intumescents, joints d'étanchéité aux fumées, joints d'étanchéité à l'air ou joints acoustiques ;
- autre(s) construction(s) support(s).
Razširjena uporaba rezultatov preskusov požarne odpornosti in/ali dimotesnosti za vrata, zaporne elemente in okna, ki se odpirajo, vključno z njihovim okovjem - 5. del: Požarna odpornost zastekljenih vrat v kovinskih okvirjih in oken, ki se odpirajo
Standard EN 15269-5 zajema zastekljena vrata v jeklenih (vse vrste) ali aluminijastih okvirjih ali okna, ki se odpirajo. Ta evropski standard predpisuje metodologijo za razširitev uporabe rezultatov preskusa, pridobljenih iz preskusov požarne odpornosti, izvedenih v skladu s standardom EN 1634-1.
