Inland navigation vessels - Electrical shore connection, three phase current 400 V, up to 63 A, 50 Hz - Part 2: Onshore unit, safety requirements

This European Standard specifies requirements applicable to equipment for shore-to-vessel supply of threephase 400 V electrical power up to 63 A and a frequency of 50 Hz to berthed inland navigation vessels.
This part of the European Standard specifies safety requirements for the onshore unit of the electrical shore connection.
This part of the European Standard applies only to the supply of inland navigation vessels in ports and berths for commercial shipping. Supply stations for leisure craft and houseboats in marinas or similar locations have to meet the requirements of IEC 60364-7-709.
For low-voltage electrical installations, the requirements specified in the HD 60364 and HD 384 series are applicable generally. The requirements in this part of EN 15869 supplement, amend or supersede some of the requirements in HD 60364/HD 384 Parts 1 to 6. Where no requirements are given in this part of EN 15869,
the requirements specified in the HD 60364 and HD 384 are applicable; a detailed list is given in the Bibliography.

Diese Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen an Vorrichtungen zur landseitigen Versorgung von stilliegenden Fahrzeugen der Binnenschifffahrt mit elektrischer Energie, Drehstrom 400 V, mit einer Stromstärke bis 32 A  und der Frequenz von 50 Hz fest.
Dieser Teil der Europäischen Norm legt sicherheitstechnische Anforderungen an den landseitigen Teil des elektrischen Landanschlusses fest.

La présente Norme européenne prescrit des exigences relatives aux dispositifs d’alimentation terrestre en énergie électrique, courant triphasé de 400 V, d’une intensité maximale de 63 A, fréquence de 50 Hz, de bateaux de navigation intérieure à l’arrêt.
La présente partie de la norme européenne stipule des exigences de sécurité concernant l’unité terrestre de la connexion au réseau électrique terrestre.
La présente partie de la norme européenne concerne uniquement l’alimentation des bateaux de navigation intérieure dans les ports et aux places de mouillage dédiées à la navigation intérieure commerciale. Pour l’alimentation des bateaux de sport et des bateaux d’habitation dans les marinas et autres installations semblables, les exigences de la CEI 60364-7-709 s’appliquent.
Pour les installations à basse tension, les exigences des séries HD 60364 et HD 384 s’appliquent en général. Les exigences énoncées dans la présente partie de l’EN 15869 complètent, modifient ou remplacent certaines des exigences figurant dans les parties 1 à 6 des HD 60364/HD 384. En l’absence d’exigences dans la présente partie de l’EN 15869, les exigences des séries HD 60364 et HD 384 s’appliquent, une liste exhaustive des parties concernées étant fournie dans la bibliographie.

Ta evropski standard določa zahteve, ki se uporabljajo za opremo za dobavo trifaznega toka 400 V električne moči do 63 A in frekvence 50 Hz s kopnega na plovilo usidranim plovilom za celinske vode. Ta del evropskega standarda določa varnostne zahteve za kopensko enoto električnih povezav s kopnim. Ta del evropskega standarda se uporablja samo za dobavo plovilom za celinske vode v pristaniščih in sidriščih za komercialni ladijski promet. Dobavne postaje za ladje za prosti čas in plovila za bivanje v marinah ali na podobnih lokacijah morajo zadoščati zahtevam IEC 60364-7-709. Za električne instalacije nizke napetosti se splošno uporabljajo zahteve, opredeljene v HD 60364 in HD 384 serijah. Zahteve tega dela EN 15869 dopolnjujejo, spremenijo ali nadomestijo nekatere od zahtev v HD 60364/HD 384 deli 1 do 6. Kjer v tem delu EN 15869 niso podane nikakršne zahteve, veljajo zahteve, opredeljene v HD 60364 in HD 384; natančen spisek je podan v bibliografiji.
