Surfaces for sports areas - Determination of joint strength of synthetic surfaces

This European Standard specifies methods for determination of joint strength of synthetic sports surfaces. Two procedures are described, one for butt joints and overlapped adhesive joints in which a direct force is applied and one for reinforced butt joints in which a peel force is applied.

Sportböden - Bestimmung der Nahtfestigkeit von Kunststoffbelägen

Die Europäische Norm legt Verfahren für die Bestimmung der Nahtfestigkeit von Kunststoff-Sportbelägen fest. Es werden zwei Verfahren beschrieben, eins für Stumpfstöße und überlappende Klebeverbindungen, bei denen die Kraft direkt angreift, und eins für verstärkte Stumpfstöße, bei denen eine Schälkraft angreift.

La présente norme européenne spécifie deux méthodes d'essais pour déterminer la résistance des joints des surfaces sportives synthétiques, y compris le gazon synthétique. La méthode 1 concerne les joints bord à bord et les joints adhésifs à chevauchement, pour lesquels une force est directement appliquée et la méthode 2 les joints bord à bord renforcés, pour lesquels une force de délaminage est appliquée.
