Hygrothermal performance of buildings - Resistance to wind - driven rain of roof coverings with discontinuously laid small elements - Test methods

This Technical Report describes a method of test for determining the resistance of pitched roof coverings to wind-driven and deluge rain.
The test method is applicable to discontinuously laid unsealed small roof covering elements such as clay tiles, concrete tiles, slates, fibre cement slates and stones.
NOTE   The test method may be adapted for fittings.

Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Prüfverfahren zur Bestimmung des Widerstandes von Dacheindeckungen geneigter Dächer gegen Schlagregen und Starkniederschlag fest.
Das Prüfverfahren ist auf kleinformatige, überlappend gedeckte, nicht abgedichtete Dacheindeckungsele-mente, z. B. Tonziegel, Betonziegel, Schieferziegel sowie Faserzementschiefer und Steinplatten anwendbar.
ANMERKUNG   Das Prüfverfahren kann für eingebaute Elemente angepasst werden.

Le présent Rapport technique décrit une méthode d'essai permettant de déterminer la résistance de couvertures de toits inclinés à la pluie battante et au déluge.
La méthode d'essai est applicable aux petits éléments de couverture posés en discontinu non jointoyés tels que les tuiles de terre cuite, les tuiles de béton, les ardoises, les ardoises en fibrociment et les pierres.
NOTE   La méthode d'essai peut être adaptée aux fixations.

To tehnično poročilo opisuje preskusno metodo za določanje odpornosti poševnih streh proti obremenitvi z dežjem, ki ga nosi veter, in obilnim padavinam. Preskusna metoda se uporablja za nezvezno položene nezatesnjene majhne elemente strešne kritine, kot so glinene ploščice, betonske ploščice, skrilaste plošče, plošče iz vlaknatega cementa in kamni.
