This document specifies requirements for construction and performance of firework and primary packs and selection packs. It is applicable to firework of the categories F1, F2 and F3 as defined by Article 6 Paragraph (1) clause (a) subclause (i) to (iii) of Directive 2013/29/EU.
This document is not applicable for fireworks containing detonative explosives other than black powder or flash composition or pyrotechnic composition that includes any of the following substances:
- arsenic or arsenic compounds;
- hexachlorobenzene;
- lead or lead compounds;
- mixtures containing a mass fraction of chlorates greater than 80 %;
- mixtures of chlorates with metals;
- mixtures of chlorates with red phosphorus (except when used in Christmas crackers, party poppers or snaps);
- mixtures of chlorates with potassium hexacyanoferrate (II);
- mixtures of chlorates with sulphur (these mixtures are allowed for friction heads only);
- mixtures of chlorates with sulphides;
- mercury compounds;
- nitrocellulose with a mass fraction of nitrogen of more than 12,6 %.
- picrates or picric acid;
- potassium chlorate with a mass fraction of bromates greater than 0,15 %;
- sulphur with an acidity, expressed in mass fraction of sulphuric acid, greater than 0,002 %;
- white phosphorus;
- zirconium with a particle size of less than 40 µm.
This document does not apply to fireworks intended to be kept or used at temperatures below −20 °C or above 50 °C.

Dieses Dokument legt Anforderungen an Konstruktion und Funktion von Feuerwerkskörpern und Ursprungsverpackungen und Sortimentsverpackungen fest. Es ist für Feuerwerkskörper der Kategorien F1, F2 und F3 anwendbar, wie nach Artikel 6, Absatz (1), Abschnitt (a), Unterabschnitt (i) bis (iii) der Richt¬linie 2013/29/EU festgelegt.
Dieses Dokument ist nicht auf Feuerwerkskörper anwendbar, die detonative Explosivstoffe außer Schwarzpulver oder Blitzsatz oder einen pyrotechnischen Satz enthalten, in denen irgendeiner der nach¬folgend aufgeführten Stoffe enthalten ist:
— Arsen oder Arsenverbindungen;
— Hexachlorbenzol;
— Blei oder Bleiverbindungen;
— Mischungen mit einem Massenanteil an Chloraten größer als 80 %;
— Mischungen von Chloraten mit Metallen;
— Mischungen von Chloraten mit rotem Phosphor (außer bei Verwendung in Knallbonbons, Party-Knallern oder Knallziehbändern);
— Mischungen von Chloraten mit Kaliumhexacyanidoferrat (II);
— Mischungen von Chloraten mit Schwefel (diese Mischungen sind nur für Reibköpfe zulässig);
— Mischungen von Chloraten mit Sulfiden;
— Quecksilberverbindungen;
— Nitrocellulose mit einem Massenanteil an Stickstoff größer als 12,6 %;
— Pikrate oder Pikrinsäure;
— Kaliumchlorat mit einem Massenanteil an Bromaten größer als 0,15 %;
— Schwefel mit einem Säuregehalt von mehr als 0,002 %, angegeben als Massenanteil von Schwefelsäure;
— weißer Phosphor;
— Zirkon mit einer Korngröße kleiner als 40 µm.
Dieses Dokument gilt nicht für Feuerwerkskörper, die dazu bestimmt sind, bei Temperaturen unter −20 °C oder über 50 °C aufbewahrt oder verwendet zu werden.

Le présent document spécifie les exigences de construction et de performances des artifices de divertissement, ainsi que des emballages primaires et assortiments. Il s’applique aux artifices de divertissement de catégories F1, F2 et F3, tels que définis par l’Article 6, paragraphe (1), alinéa (a), points (i) à (iii) de la Directive 2013/29/UE.
Le présent document ne s’applique pas aux artifices de divertissement contenant des explosifs détonants autres que la poudre noire, une composition flash ou une composition pyrotechnique contenant l’une des substances suivantes :
— arsenic ou composés d’arsenic ;
— hexachlorure de benzène ;
— plomb ou composés de plomb ;
— mélanges contenant une fraction massique de chlorates supérieure à 80 % ;
— mélanges de chlorates et de métaux ;
— mélanges de chlorates et de phosphore rouge (sauf lorsque utilisés dans les pétards papillote, les party poppers ou les pétards à tirette) ;
— mélanges de chlorates et d’hexacyanoferrate de potassium (II) ;
— mélanges de chlorates et de soufre (ces mélanges sont autorisés pour les têtes à friction uniquement) ;
— mélanges de chlorates et de sulfures ;
— composés de mercure ;
— nitrocellulose, avec un pourcentage d’azote inférieur ou égal à 12,6 % ;
— picrates ou acide picrique ;
— mélange de chlorate de potassium et de bromates avec un pourcentage de bromates supérieur à 0,15 % ;
— soufre présentant une acidité, exprimée en fraction massique d’acide sulfurique, supérieure à 0,002 % ;
— phosphore blanc ;
— zirconium de granulométrie inférieure à 40 µm.
Le présent document ne s’applique pas aux artifices de divertissement destinés à être conservés ou utilisés à des températures inférieures à -20 °C ou supérieures à 50 °C.
