District heating pipes - Pre-insulated flexible pipe systems - Part 3: Non bonded system with plastic service pipes; requirements and test methods

This European Standard provides requirements and test methods for flexible, pre-insulated, direct buried district heating pipes with plastic service pipes and no bonding between the layers of the pipes.
This European Standard is valid for maximum operating temperatures of 95 °C and maximum operating pressures up to 10 bar for a design lifetime of at least 30 years.
This European Standard does not cover surveillance systems.
NOTE   For higher temperatures or for the transport of other fluids, for example potable water, additional requirements and testing is needed. Such requirements are not specified in this European Standard.

Fernwärmerohre - Werkmäßig gedämmte flexible Rohrsysteme - Teil 3: Nicht-Verbundsysteme mit Mediumrohren aus Kunststoff - Anforderungen und Prüfungen

Diese Europäische Norm enthält Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren für flexible, werkmäßig gedämmte direkt erdverlegte Fernwärmerohre mit Mediumrohren aus Kunststoff ohne Verbund zwischen den Rohrenbestandteilen.
Die Europäische Norm gilt für maximale Betriebstemperaturen von 95 °C und maximale Betriebsdrücke bis einschließlich 10 bar für eine Auslegungslebensdauer von mindestens 30 Jahren.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für Überwachungssysteme.
ANMERKUNG   Für höhere Temperaturen oder für den Transport anderer Flüssigkeiten, z. B. Trinkwasser, sind zusätz¬liche Anforderungen und Prüfungen erforderlich. Derartige Anforderungen sind in dieser Europäischen Norm nicht fest¬gelegt.

La présente Norme européenne fournit les prescriptions et les méthodes d’essai relatives aux tuyaux de chauffage urbain préisolés flexibles enterrés directement avec des tubes de service en plastique et sans adhérence entre les couches des conduites.
La présente Norme européenne s’applique à des températures maximales de service de 95 °C et des pressions de service inférieures à 10 bar, pour une durée de vie prévue d’au moins 30 ans.
La présente Norme européenne ne couvre pas les systèmes de surveillance.
NOTE   Pour les températures plus élevées ou pour le transport d’autres fluides, par exemple de l’eau potable, des prescriptions et des essais supplémentaires sont nécessaires. Ces prescriptions ne sont pas spécifiées dans la présente Norme européenne.

Ta evropski standard določa zahteve in preskusne metode za gibke, izolirane, neposredno zakopane cevi za daljinsko ogrevanje iz polimernih materialov, pri katerih sloji niso vezani.
Ta evropski standard velja za najvišje obratovalne temperature 95 °C in najvišje obratovalne tlake do 10 barov za življenjsko dobo zasnove vsaj 30 let.
Ta evropski standard ne zajema nadzornih sistemov.
OPOMBA: Za višje temperature ali prevoz drugih tekočin, na primer pitne vode, so potrebni dodatne zahteve in preskusi. Take zahteve niso določene v tem evropskem standardu.
