Rubber hoses and hose assemblies for steam - Test methods (ISO 4023:2009)

ISO 4023:2009 specifies test methods in which a rubber hose test piece or hose assembly is exposed to saturated steam, thus simulating service conditions.
Four methods are specified, namely:
method A: vertical rack method;
method B: horizontal rack method;
method C: flexing test, vertical arrangement;
method D: flexing test, horizontal arrangement.

Gummischläuche und Schlauchleitungen für Dampf - Prüfverfahren (ISO 4023:2009)

In dieser Internationalen Norm werden Prüfverfahren festgelegt, bei denen der von einem Schlauch und/oder einer Schlauchleitung aus Gummi abgeschnittene Probekörper gesättigtem Dampf ausgesetzt wird, um so die Betriebsbedingungen zu simulieren.
Die folgenden vier Verfahren werden festgelegt:
   Verfahren A: Verfahren auf vertikalem Gestell
   Verfahren B: Verfahren auf horizontalem Gestell
   Verfahren C: Biegeprüfung, vertikale Anordnung
   Verfahren D: Biegeprüfung, horizontale Anordnung

L'ISO 4023:2009 spécifie des méthodes d'essai dans lesquelles une éprouvette de tuyau et/ou un flexible en caoutchouc sont exposés à de la vapeur saturée, simulant ainsi les conditions d'utilisation.
Quatre méthodes sont spécifiées, à savoir:
méthode A: méthode à support vertical;
méthode B: méthode à support horizontal;
méthode C: essai de flexion, dispositif vertical;
méthode D: essai de flexion, dispositif horizontal.

Gumene cevi in cevni priključki za paro - Preskusne metode (ISO 4023:2009)

Ta mednarodni standard določa preskusne metode, pri katerih je preskusni kos gumene cevi in/ali cevnega priključka izpostavljen nasičeni pari, s čimer se posnemajo obratovalni pogoji. Določene so štiri metode, in sicer: - Metoda A: Metoda s pokončnim stojalom; - Metoda B: Metoda z vodoravnim stojalom; - Metoda C: Preskus gibljivosti, pokončna postavitev; - Metoda D: Preskus gibljivosti, vodoravna postavitev.

This document (EN ISO 4023:2009) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 45 "Rubber and
rubber products" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 218 “Rubber and plastics hoses and
hose assemblies” the secretariat of which is held by BSI.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by May 2010, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the
latest by May 2010.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent
