Aluminium and aluminium alloys - Finstock - Part 2: Mechanical properties

This document specifies the mechanical properties of wrought aluminium and wrought aluminium alloy finstock.
The chemical composition limits of these materials are specified in EN 573-3, unless otherwise agreed between supplier and purchaser.
The designations of wrought aluminium and wrought aluminium alloys and the temper designations used in this standard are specified in EN 573-3, and the temper designations are defined in EN 515.

Cette Norme européenne prEN 683-2:2004 prescrit les caractéristiques mécaniques des bandes pour échangeurs thermiques en aluminium et alliages d'aluminium corroyés.
Les limites de la composition chimique de ces matériaux sont données dans la norme EN 573-3, sauf accord contraire entre le fournisseur et l'acheteur.
La désignation de l'aluminium et des alliages d'aluminium, ainsi que la désignation des états métallurgiques utilisées dans la présente norme européenne sont spécifiées respectivement à l'EN 573-3 et 4 et à l'EN 515.
NOTE   Certains des produits énumérés dans le présent document peuvent être l'objet de brevets ou de demandes de brevets ; leur mention n'implique en aucune manière qu'une licence ait été accordée dans le cadre du droit des brevets.
La politique affirmée du CEN/TC 132 est que si celui qui déteint le brevet refuse d'accorder la licence pour des produits normalisés dans des conditions normales et non discriminatoires, les produits correspondants seront retirés du document.

EN 683-2:2006 (E) 3 Foreword This document (EN 683-2:2006) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 132 “Aluminium and aluminium alloys”, the secretariat of which is held by AFNOR. This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by June 2007, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by June 2007. This document supersedes EN 683-2:1996. Within its program of work, Technical Committee CEN/TC 132 entrusted CEN/TC 132/WG 6 "Foil and finstock" to revise EN 683-2:1996.
