Overview

EN 12042:2005/FprA1 (CEN amendment A1, 2010) updates the European standard for food processing machinery - Automatic dividers, clarifying safety and hygiene requirements for dough/dividing machines used in bakeries and food plants. The amendment defines significant hazards and protective measures for the whole lifecycle of automatic dividers: installation, adjustment, operation, cleaning, maintenance, dismantling, disabling and scrapping, including foreseeable misuse.
