Footwear manufacturing wastes - Waste classification and management
This document specifies the process steps which are involved in the generation of the waste from footwear manufacture and the usual waste management practices. It also establishes a European list of the usual wastes generated during the footwear manufacturing process.
It can be applied to one specific product, a specific group of products, one specific production technology within the factory or to the whole production of a company.
NOTE The nature of such wastes produced will depend on manufacturing processes, the type of shoe and the materials used.
The tool used to evaluate the effectiveness of the waste management is:
- established directly from the production process or waste generated,
- calculated for a specific product, a specific group of products or a specific production technology which shall be defined or the whole production of the company.
Abfälle bei der Schuhproduktion - Abfallklassifizierung und -management
Dieses Dokument gibt die Verfahrensstufen an, die an der Abfallerzeugung bei der Schuhproduktion beteiligt sind, und die üblichen Verfahren des Abfallmanagements. Sie stellt auch eine Europäische Liste üblicher Abfälle auf, die bei der Schuhproduktion anfallen.
Es kann auf ein spezifisches Produkt, eine spezifische Produktgruppe, eine spezifische Produktionstechnologie innerhalb der Produktionsanlage oder die gesamte Produktion einer Firma angewendet werden.
ANMERKUNG Die Beschaffenheit der anfallenden Abfälle hängt von den Produktionsverfahren, dem Schuhtyp und den verwendeten Werkstoffen ab.
Das Werkzeug zur Bewertung der Wirksamkeit des Abfallmanagements wird:
¾ direkt vom Produktionsverfahren oder den entstandenen Abfällen abgeleitet,
¾ für ein spezifisches Produkt, eine spezifische Produktgruppe oder eine spezifische Produktions-technologie, die definiert werden muss, oder die gesamte Produktion der Firma berechnet.
Déchets de fabrication de chaussures - Classification et gestion des déchets
Le présent document spécifie les étapes du processus de fabrication de chaussures concernées par la production de déchets et les pratiques ordinaires de gestion des déchets. Il établit aussi une liste européenne des déchets usuels générés lors du processus de fabrication de chaussures.
Il est applicable à un produit spécifique, à un groupe spécifique de produits, à une technologie de production spécifique en usine ou à l'ensemble de la production d'une entreprise.
NOTE La nature de ces déchets dépendra des procédés de fabrication, du type de chaussure et des matériaux utilisés.
L'outil servant à évaluer l'efficacité de la gestion des déchets est :
¾ créé directement à partir du procédé de fabrication ou du type de déchet produit ;
¾ calculé pour un produit spécifique, un groupe spécifique de produits ou une technologie de production spécifique qui doit être définie, ou pour l'ensemble de la production d'une entreprise.
