Forestry machinery - Requirements for sling gear and deflection pulleys for forestal hauling operations

This document specifies basic test and condition requirements for deflection pulleys and sling gear which are attached to ropes and rope end connectors in forestal applications.
It is applicable to forestal hauling operations including rope-assisted felling.
This document is applicable to the following elements, sling gear and fastening elements:
-   deflection pulleys used in forestal hauling operation (see 3.22);
-   choker ropes;
-   choker chains;
-   radio-controlled chokers;
-   shackles;
-   round slings/tree protectors;
-   tree towing ropes;
-   rope slide hooks/rope sliders/choker hooks.
It is not applicable to the following sling gear:
-   the functional safety of radio-controlled chokers;
-   non-sheathed tree towing ropes made of synthetic fibres;
-   slings and deflection pulleys for the function and structure of mobile yarders as defined in EN 16517:2021 (e.g. for the installation of the haul-back line).

Forstmaschinen - Sicherheitsanforderungen für Anschlagmittel und Umlenkrollen für die Holzrückung

Dieses Dokument legt grundlegende Prüf- und Zustandsanforderungen für Umlenkrollen und Anschlagmittel fest, die an Seilen und Seilendbefestigungen in forstlichen Anwendungen angebracht werden.
Es ist anwendbar auf die forstliche Holzrückung einschließlich seilunterstützter Fällung.
Dieses Dokument ist anzuwenden für die folgenden Elemente, Anschlagmittel und Befestigungselemente:
   Umlenkrollen, die bei der forstlichen Holzrückung verwendet werden (siehe 3.22);
   Chokerseile;
   Chokerketten;
   Funkchoker;
   Schäkel;
   Rundschlingen/Baumschoner;
   Baumzugseile;
   Seilgleithaken/Seilgleiter/Chokerhaken.
Es ist nicht anzuwenden für die folgenden Anschlagmittel:
   die funktionale Sicherheit von Funkchokern,
   nicht ummantelte Baumzugseile aus Kunststoff,
   Schlingen und Umlenkrollen für die Funktion und den Aufbau mobiler Seilkrananlagen nach EN 16517:2021 (z. B. für die Installation des Rückholseils).

Machines forestières - Exigences relatives aux élingues et poulies de renvoi pour les opérations de transport forestier

Le présent document spécifie les exigences de base en matière d'essais et de conditions pour les poulies de renvoi et les équipements d'élingage qui sont fixés aux câbles et aux connecteurs d'extrémité des câbles dans les applications forestières.
Il s'applique aux opérations de halage forestier, y compris l'abattage assisté par câble.
Le présent document est applicable aux éléments, équipements d'élingage et éléments de fixation suivants :
   poulies de renvoi utilisées dans les opérations de halage forestier (voir 3.22) ;
   câbles d'étranglement ;
   chaînes d'étranglement ;
   colliers étrangleurs radiocommandés ;
   manilles ;
   élingues rondes/protège-arbres ;
   câbles de remorquage pour arbre ;
   crochets à glissière pour câble/glissières de câble/crochets d'étranglement.
Il n'est pas applicable aux équipements d'élingage suivants :
   la sécurité fonctionnelle des colliers étrangleurs radiocommandés ;
   les câbles de remorquage pour arbre non gainés en fibres synthétiques ;
   les élingues et poulies de renvoi destinées au fonctionnement et à la structure des téléphériques mobiles tels que définis dans l'EN 16517:2021 (par exemple, pour l'installation du câble de retour).

Gozdarski stroji - Zahteve za pritrdilne elemente in preusmerjevalne škripce za gozdarstvo

Ta dokument določa osnovne zahteve glede preskusov in pogojev za obračalne kolute in dvižno opremo, ki so pritrjene na vrvi in končne priključke za vrvi pri uporabi v gozdarstvu.
Uporablja se za gozdne vleke, vključno s sečnjo s pomočjo vrvi.
Ta dokument se uporablja za naslednje elemente, dvižno opremo in pritrdilne elemente:
–   obračalne kolute, ki se uporabljajo pri gozdnih vlekah (glej 3.22);
–   zadrževalne vrvi za vleko;
–   zadrževalne verige za vleko;
–   radijsko krmiljene zadrževalne vrvi;
–   okovi;
–   okrogle zanke/zaščita dreves;
–   vrvi za vleko dreves;
–   drsni kavlji za vrvi/drsniki za vrvi/zadrževalni kavlji.
Ne uporablja se za naslednjo dvižno opremo:
–   funkcionalno varnost radijsko vodenih zadrževalnih vrvi;
–   vrvi za vleko dreves brez ovoja iz sintetičnih vlaken;
–   zanke in obračalne kolute za delovanje in konstrukcijo mobilnih žičnic, kot so opredeljene v standardu EN 16517 (npr. za namestitev vlečne vrvi za poteg).
