Small wastewater treatment systems for up to 50 PT - Part 7: Prefabricated tertiary treatment units
This European Standard specifies requirements, test methods, the marking and evaluation of conformity for a packaged and/or site assembled tertiary treatment unit for installation either separately or in a pre-existing unit (see 3.9).
It applies for tertiary treatment units that are placed on the market as complete units used for the tertiary treatment of domestic wastewater by biological, physical, chemical, electrical processes and coming from:
a) units in accordance with EN 12566-3 or EN 12566-6;
b) installations designed and constructed in accordance with CEN/TR 12566-5.
Equivalent secondary treated effluent may come from existing systems.
Package and/or site assembled tertiary treatment units according to this standard consist of one or more watertight tanks without any direct infiltration into the ground, made of concrete, corrosion resistant or coated steel, un-plasticised poly-vinyl chloride (PVC-U), polyethylene (PE), glass reinforced thermosetting plastics (GRP) based on polyester resin (UP) (GRP-UP), polypropylene (PP) and polydicyclopentadiene (PDCPD).
NOTE Some product covered by this standard sold without a tank could be introduced in an existing tank.
This standard applies to tertiary treatment units for use above ground (outside the building) or buried in the ground where no vehicle loads are applied to the unit.
This standard does not apply to tertiary treatment systems forming part of units covered by EN 12566-3 and EN 12566-6.
This standard does not cover the systems for micro-organism reduction.
Kleinkläranlagen für bis zu 50 EW - Teil 7: Vorgefertigte Anlagen für eine dritte Reinigungsstufe
Diese Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen, Prüfverfahren, die Kennzeichnung und die Konformitäts-bewertung für vorgefertigte und/oder vor Ort montierte Anlagen für eine dritte Reinigungsstufe fest, die entweder für den separaten Einbau oder den Einbau in eine bestehende Anlage (siehe 3.9) vorgesehen sind.
Sie gilt für als vollständige Produkte auf den Markt gebrachte Anlagen, die für eine dritte Reinigungsstufe von häuslichem Schmutzwasser durch biologische, physikalische, chemische oder elektrische Verfahren verwendet werden, das folgende Herkunft besitzt:
a) Anlagen nach EN 12566 3 oder EN 12566 6;
b) Anlagen, die nach CEN/TR 12566 5 konstruiert und gebaut wurden.
Gleichwertiges Abwasser der zweiten Reinigungsstufe kann aus bestehenden Anlagen stammen.
Vorgefertigte und/oder vor Ort montierte Anlagen für eine dritte Reinigungsstufe nach dieser Norm bestehen aus einem oder mehreren wasserdichten Behälter(n) ohne direkte Bodeninfiltration, hergestellt aus Beton, nichtrostendem oder beschichtetem Stahl, weichmacherfreiem Polyvinylchlorid (PVC U), Polyethylen (PE), glasfaserverstärktem duroplastischem Kunststoff (GFK) auf der Basis von Polyesterharz (UP) (GFK UP), Polypropylen (PP), Polydicyclopentadien (PDCPD) und flexiblen Bahnen (PEHD, PP; PVC und EPDM).
ANMERKUNG Einige in dieser Norm behandelte Produkte, die ohne Behälter verkauft werden, könnten in einen bereits vorhandenen Tank integriert werden.
Die vorliegende Norm gilt für Anlagen für eine dritte Reinigungsstufe, die für den Einsatz oberhalb des Bodens (außerhalb von Gebäuden) vorgesehen sind oder die in Stellen in den Boden eingebaut werden, an denen die Anlage keinen Fahrzeuglasten ausgesetzt ist.
Diese Norm gilt nicht für Anlagen für eine dritte Reinigungsstufe, die Teil von Anlagen nach EN 12566 3 und EN 12566 6 sind.
Diese Norm behandelt keine Anlagen zur Reduzierung von Mikroorganismen.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences, les méthodes d’essai, le marquage et l’évaluation de la conformité d’une unité de traitement tertiaire prête à l’emploi et/ou assemblée sur site installée soit de façon distincte soit dans une unité pré-existante (voir 3.9).
Elle s’applique aux unités de traitement tertiaire introduites sur le marché en tant qu’unités complètes pour le traitement tertiaire des eaux usées domestiques par processus biologique, physique, chimique ou électrique provenant :
a) d’unités conformes à l’EN 12566-3 ou à l’EN 12566-6 ;
b) d’installations conçues et construites conformément au CEN/TR 12566-5.
Un effluent secondaire équivalent peut provenir de systèmes existants.
Conformément à la présente norme, les unités de traitement tertiaire prêtes à l’emploi ou assemblées sur site comprennent un ou plusieurs réservoirs étanches sans aucune infiltration directe dans le sol, fabriqués en béton, en acier résistant à la corrosion ou revêtu, en polychlorure de vinyle non plastifié (PVC-U), en polyéthylène (PE), en plastique renforcé à la fibre de verre (GRP) basé sur de la résine polyester (UP) (GRP-UP), en polypropylène (PP), en polydicyclopentadiène (PDCPD) et en membranes souples (PEHD, PP, PVE et EPDM).
NOTE Certains produits couverts par la présente norme et vendus sans réservoir peuvent être introduits dans un réservoir existant.
La présente norme s’applique aux unités de traitement tertiaire utilisées au-dessus du niveau du sol (à l’extérieur du bâtiment) ou enterrées à un emplacement où l’unité n’est pas soumise à des charges dues aux véhicules.
La présente norme ne s’applique pas aux systèmes de traitement tertiaire faisant partie d’unités visées par l’EN 12566-3 et l’EN 12566-6.
La présente norme ne couvre pas les systèmes de réduction des microorganismes.

Ta evropski standard podaja zahteve, preskusne metode, označevanje in ocenjevanje skladnosti za pakirane in/ali na kraju samem sestavljene terciarne čistilne enote za namestitev posebej ali v obstoječe rezervoarje (glej 3.9). Uporablja se za terciarne čistilne enote, ki so na trgu na voljo kot celotne enote za terciarno čiščenje odpadne vode z biološkimi, fizičnimi, kemičnimi in električnimi postopki in izhajajo iz: a) izdelkov, ki so v skladu s standardom EN 12566-3 ali EN 12566-6; b) naprav, ki so načrtovane in izdelane v skladu s standardom CEN/TR 12566-5. Embalaža in/ali na kraju samem sestavljene terciarne čistilne enote, ki so v skladu s tem standardom, so sestavljene iz enega ali več vodotesnih rezervoarjev brez infiltracije v zemljo in so izdelane iz betona, prevlečenega ali proti koroziji odpornega jekla, neplastificiranega polivinilklorida (PVC-U), polietilena (PE), s steklenimi vlakni ojačanih duromernih materialov (GRP) na osnovi nenasičene poliestrske smole (UP) (GRP-UP) in polipropilena (PP). Ta standard se uporablja za terciarne čistilne enote, ki se uporabljajo nad zemljo (pred stavbo) ali so zakopane pod zemljo, kjer ni vozil, ki obremenjujejo izdelek. Ta standard se ne uporablja za sestavne dele terciarnih čistilnih sistemov, ki so obravnavani v standardih EN 12566-3 in EN 12566-6. Ta standard ne obravnava sistemov za znižanje števila mikroorganizmov.

NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR
Evropski standard EN 12566-7:2013 je pripravil tehnični odbor Evropskega komiteja za standardizacijo
CEN/TC 165 Odvajanje in čiščenje odpadne vode. Slovenski standard SIST EN 12566-7:2013 je prevod
evropskega standarda EN 12566-7:2013. V primeru spora glede besedila slovenskega prevoda v tem
standardu je odločilen izvirni evropski standard v enem izmed treh uradnih jezikov CEN. Slovensko
izdajo standarda je potrdil Strokovni svet SIST za splošno področje.
Odločitev za izdajo tega standarda je oktobra 2012 sprejel Strokovni svet SIST za splošno področje.
