Copper and copper alloys - Seamless, round copper tubes for water and gas in sanitary and heating applications
This European Standard specifies the requirements, sampling, test methods and conditions of delivery for seamless round copper tubes.
It is applicable to tubes having an outside diameter from 6 mm up to and including 267 mm for:
- distributing networks for hot water and cold water;
- hot water heating systems, including panel heating systems (under-floor, wall, overhead);
- domestic gas and liquid fuel distribution;
- waste water sanitation.
It is also applicable to seamless round copper tubes intended to be pre insulated before use for any of the above purposes.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Anforderungen, Probenentnahme, Prüfverfahren und Lieferbedingungen für naht¬lose Rundrohre aus Kupfer fest.
Sie gilt für Rohre mit einem Außendurchmesser von 6 mm bis 267 mm für:
- Kalt und Warmwasser Verteilungsnetze;
- Warmwasser Heizungssysteme, einschließlich Fußboden-, Wand- oder Deckenheizungssysteme;
- Verteilung gasförmiger und flüssiger Hausbrennstoffe;
- Abwasserentsorgung.
Sie gilt auch für nahtlose Rundrohre aus Kupfer, die zum Vorummanteln vor dem Einsatz für alle oben-genannten Zwecke bestimmt sind.

La présente Norme européenne établit les exigences, le mode d'échantillonnage, les méthodes d'essai et les
conditions de livraison applicables aux tubes ronds sans soudure en cuivre.
Elle s'applique aux tubes de diamètre extérieur compris entre 6 mm et 267 mm inclus, destinés :
- à la distribution d'eau chaude et d'eau froide ;
- au chauffage à eau chaude, y compris les systèmes de panneaux chauffants (par le sol, par les murs ou par
le plafond) ;
- à la distribution de gaz domestique et de combustibles liquides ;
- à l'évacuation des eaux usées.
Elle s'applique également aux tubes en cuivre ronds sans soudure en cuivre destinés à être gainés avant utilisation
pour l'une des applications ci-dessus.

Ta evropski standard določa zahteve, vzorčenje, preskusne metode in pogoje za dobavo nevarjenih okroglih bakrenih cevi. Uporablja se za cevi z zunanjim premerom od 6 mm do vključno 267 mm, za: - distribucijska omrežja za toplo in hladno vodo; - sisteme za gretje tople vode, vključno s sistemi gretja s paneli (podtalni, zidni, nadzemni); - distribucijo plina in tekočega goriva za domače potrebe; - sanitacijo odpadne vode. Uporablja se tudi za nevarjene okrogle bakrene cevi namenjene predizolaciji pred uporabo za katerikoli od zgoraj naštetih namenov.

Diese Europäische Norm wurde vom CEN am 23. März 2006 angenommen und schließt Änderung 1 ein, die am 10. Januar 2010 vom
CEN angenommen wurde.
