Maintenance - Guideline on preparation of maintenance contracts
This European Standard provides guidance on the preparation of private contracts for maintenance work.
It can be applied to
cross-border as well as national company/maintenance contractor relationships,
the whole range of maintenance services including planning, management and control in addition to maintenance operations,
every type of item with the exception of computer software unless the software has to be maintained as an integral part of, and together with, technical equipment.
It does not
provide standard forms for maintenance contracts,
determine rights and obligations between company and maintenance contractor,
provide rules for agreements with public administrations.

La présente Norme européenne constitue un guide de préparation de contrats privés de maintenance pour les opérations de maintenance.
Elle peut s’appliquer à :
des relations internationales ainsi que nationales entre entreprise et prestataire de services de maintenance ;
l’ensemble des services de maintenance, y compris la planification, la gestion et le contrôle qui s’ajoutent aux opérations de maintenance ;
tout type de biens, à l’exception des programmes informatiques, à moins que le logiciel ne doive être maintenu en même temps que l’équipement technique ou en fasse partie intégrante.
La présente Norme européenne :
ne fournit pas de modèle de contrat de maintenance type ;
ne définit pas les droits et obligations entre l’entreprise et le prestataire de services de maintenance ;
ne fournit pas de règles pour les accords avec les administrations publiques.
Vzdrževanje - Smernice za pripravo pogodb o vzdrževanju
Ta evropski standard določa smernice za pripravo zasebnih pogodb o vzdrževanju.
Uporablja se lahko za
čezmejna in tudi nacionalna razmerja med podjetjem in pogodbenikom za vzdrževanje,
celoten nabor storitev vzdrževanja, vključno z načrtovanjem, upravljanjem in nadzorom poleg servisnih del,
za vsak tip elementa, razen za računalniško programsko opremo, če vzdrževanje programske opreme ni sestavni del tehnične opreme.
Ne
vključuje standardnih oblik pogodb o vzdrževanju,
določa pravic in obveznosti med podjetjem ter pogodbenikom za vzdrževanje,

EN 13269:2016 (E) 3 European foreword This document (EN 13269:2016) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 319 “Maintenance”, the secretariat of which is held by UNI. This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by November 2016 and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by November 2016. Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent rights. CEN [and/or CENELEC] shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights. This document supersedes EN 13269:2006. NACIONALNI UVOD
Standard SIST EN 13269 (sl), Vzdrževanje – Smernice za pripravo pogodb o vzdrževanju, 2016, ima
status slovenskega standarda in je istoveten evropskemu standardu EN 13269, Maintenance –
Guideline on preparation of maintenance contracts, 2016.
Za standard nadomešča SIST EN 13269:2007.
NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR
Besedilo standarda EN 13269:2016 je pripravil tehnični odbor Evrpskega komiteja za standardizacijo
CEN/TC 319 Vzdrževanje. Slovenski standard SIST EN 13269:2016 je prevod angleškega besedila
evropskega standarda EN 13269:2016. V primeru spora glede besedila slovenskega prevoda v tem
standardu je odločilen izvirni evropski standard v angleškem jeziku. Slovensko izdajo standarda je
pripravil tehnični odbor SIST/TC VZD Vzdrževanje in obvladovanje premoženja.
Odločitev za privzem tega standarda je 11. junija 2016 sprejel tehnični odbor SIST/TC VZD Vzdrževanje
in obvladovanje premoženja.
ZVEZE S STANDARDI
S privzemom tega evropskega standarda veljajo za omejeni namen referenčnih standardov vsi
standardi, navedeni v izvirniku, razen standarda, ki je že sprejet v nacionalno standardizacijo:
