Spectator facilities - Part 8: Safety Management

This European Standard specifies general characteristics of safety management in spectator facilities.
It specifies the layout and the planning of the management, the criteria to maintain this planning before, during and after any event.
It covers the following:
-   the safety personnel;
-   safety policy;
-   safety procedures.
This European Standard does not apply for the roles and responsibilities of those who are part of the security system (police and security companies).

Zuschaueranlagen - Teil 8: Sicherheitsmanagement

Diese Europäische Norm legt die allgemeinen Merkmale des Sicherheitsmanagements in Zuschaueranlagen fest.
Sie legt das Layout und die Planung des Managements fest, sowie die Kriterien für die Einhaltung dieser Planung vor, während und nach jeder Veranstaltung.
Sie umfasst Folgendes:
-   Sicherheitspersonal;
-   Sicherheitskonzept;
-   Sicherheitsvorkehrungen.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für die Rollen und Zuständigkeiten derer, die zum Sicherheitssystem gehören (Polizei und Sicherheits¬unternehmen).

Installations pour spectateurs - Partie 8: Management de la sécurité

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les caractéristiques générales relatives au management de la sécurité des installations pour spectateurs.
Elle spécifie l’organisation et la planification du management de la sécurité ainsi que les critères pour administrer cette planification avant, pendant et après toute manifestation.
Elle couvre les points suivants :
-   le personnel de sécurité ;
-   le dossier de sécurité ;
-   les consignes de sécurité.
La présente Norme européenne ne s’applique pas aux rôles et responsabilités des personnes qui font partie du système de sécurité (police et entreprises de sécurité).

Ta evropski standard določa splošne značilnosti za infrastrukturo in upravljanje varnosti v prostorih za gledalce.
Določa postavitev in načrtovanje upravljanja ter merila za ohranjanje tega načrtovanja pred in med katerim koli dogodkom in po njem.
Zajema naslednje:
– varnostno osebje;
– varnostna politika: dokument, ki ga sestavi, pregleda in nadzira organizator dogodka ali višje vodstvo;
– varnostni postopki: načrt delovanja in ukrepov v sili, ki zajema vloge in odgovornosti, razporejanje osebja, ocene tveganja, medicinska določila in nepredvidene dogodke.
