Steel die forgings - Tolerances on dimensions - Part 2: Upset forging made on horizontal forging machines

1.1 This European Standard specifies the dimensional tolerances for steel upset forgings made on horizontal forging machines. The second part of this European Standard applies to hot upset forgings, in the delivery condition, made in carbon and alloy steels. The tolerances specified apply to forgings not exceeding 250 kg in mass or 2 500 mm maximum dimension. Tolerances for heavier or layer forgings are subjected to negociation.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Maßtoleranzen für Gesenkschmiedeteile aus Stahl, hergestellt auf Waagerecht-Stauchmaschinen, fest. Der zweite Teil dieser Europäischen Norm gilt für warm-gestauchte Schmiedeteile im Lieferzustand, hergestellt aus Kohlenstoff- und legiertem Stahl. Die angegebenen Toleranzen gelten für Schmiedeteile, die 250 kg Masse oder 2.500 mm max. Abmessung nicht überschreiten. Toleranzen für schwere oder größere Schmiedeteile sind Verhandlungssache.

Pièces forgées par estampage en acier - Tolérances dimensionelles - Partie 2: Pièces exécutées à chaud sur machines horizontales à forger

1.1 La présente norme européenne spécifie les tolérances dimensionnelles des pièces en acier exécutées par refoulement à chaud sur machines horizontales à forger. Cette seconde partie de la présente norme européenne s'applique aux pièces en acier au carbone et en acier allié, dans leur état de livraison, exécutées par refoulement à chaud. Les tolérances indiquées sont applicables aux pièces estampées dont la masse n'excède pas 250 kg ou dont la dimension la plus grande n'excède pas 2 500 mm. Les tolérances des pièces estampées plus lourdes ou plus largement dimensionnées doivent faire l'objet d'un accord particulier.
