Industrial valves - Mounting kits for part-turn valve actuator attachment
This European Standard provides requirements for metallic mounting kits for part-turn on-off valves and actuator attachments to enable safe and reliable operation.
It includes all components transmitting torques from actuators to valves with a maximum flange torque up to 16 000 Nm (up to F30 flange type).
It applies to part-turn valves and actuators having attachment flanges and drive components as described in EN ISO 5211.
It includes recommendations and methods for design and environmental corrosion protection.
When reference is made to this European Standard, all the requirements apply, unless otherwise agreed between the purchaser and the manufacturer/supplier, prior to order.
For the scope of this European Standard, the term “Valve” covers valve or shaft extension top-flange.
Industriearmaturen - Montagesätze für Anschlüsse von Schwenkantrieben an Armaturen
Diese Europäische Norm legt die Anforderungen an metallische Montagesätze für Anschlüsse von Schwenk¬antrieben an Armaturen fest, um einen sicheren und zuverlässigen Betrieb zu ermöglichen.
Sie umfasst alle Bauteile, die von Stellantrieben auf Armaturen Drehmomente und Kräfte bis maximal 16 000 Nm (bis Flanschbauart F30) übertragen.
Sie gilt für Anschlüsse von Schwenkantrieben mit Flanschen und Antriebselementen nach EN ISO 5211.
Sie enthält Empfehlungen und Verfahren für die Konstruktion und den Schutz gegen umgebungsbedingte Korrosion.
Wenn auf diese Europäische Norm verwiesen wird, gelten alle Anforderungen, sofern vor der Auftrags¬erteilung zwischen Be¬steller und Hersteller/Lieferer nicht anders vereinbart.
Für den Anwendungsbereich dieser Europäischen Norm erstreckt sich der Begriff „Armatur“ auch auf Kopfflansche und Spindelverlängerungen.
Robinetterie industrielle - Kits de montage pour raccordement des actionneurs à fraction de tour
La présente Norme européenne spécifie les prescriptions fondamentales relatives aux kits de montage pour le
raccordement des appareils de robinetterie à fraction de tour et des actionneurs à fraction de tour. Elle porte
sur tous les éléments transmettant des couples et des forces des actionneurs aux appareils de robinetterie,
avec un couple maximal de l�embase de 16 000 Nm (jusqu�au type d�embase F30).
Elle s�applique aux appareils de robinetterie à fraction de tour et aux actionneurs à fraction de tour équipés
d�embases de raccordement et d�éléments d�entraînement conformes à l�EN ISO 5211.
Elle présente des recommandations et des méthodes concernant la conception et la protection contre la
corrosion environnementale.
Elle ne traite pas des rallonges de tige sous pression (service cryogénique, par exemple).
D�autres prescriptions ou des conditions d�utilisation différentes de celles figurant dans la présente norme
européenne doivent faire l�objet d�un accord entre l�acheteur et le fabricant/fournisseur avant la commande.
