Agricultural machinery - Slurry tankers - Safety

This standard specifies specific safety requirements and their verification for the design and construction of all semi-mounted, trailed and self-propelled slurry tankers, including their spreading or injecting devices, intended for spreading or injecting slurry which are operated by either pneumatic or mechanical power.
NOTE   Braking requirements are not included in this standard. These will be studied during its revision depending on the development of European regulations.
In addition, it specifies the type of information on safe working practices to be provided by the manufacturer.
The list of significant hazards dealt with in this standard is given in Annex A. Annex A also indicates the hazards which have not been dealt with.
Environmental aspects have not been considered in this standard.
This standard applies primarily to machines which are manufactured after the date of issue of the standard.

Landmaschinen - Flüssigmisttankwagen - Sicherheit

Diese Norm enthält spezifische sicherheitstechnische Anforderungen und deren Überprüfung für die
Gestaltung und Konstruktion von aufgesattelten, gezogenen und selbstfahrenden Kompressor- oder Pumptankwagen
einschließlich ihrer Verteil- oder Einarbeitungseinrichtungen zum Verteilen oder Einarbeiten von
Flüssigmist.
ANMERKUNG Anforderungen an Bremsen sind nicht in dieser Norm enthalten. Sie werden bei einer Revision in
Abhängigkeit von der Erarbeitung Europäischer Vorschriften behandelt.
Außerdem gibt sie Informationen über sicheres Arbeiten, die vom Hersteller zur Verfügung zu stellen sind.
Die Liste der signifikanten Gefährdungen, die in dieser Norm angesprochen werden, ist in Anhang A
aufgeführt. Der Anhang A weist auch auf die Gefährdungen hin, die nicht behandelt wurden.
Umweltaspekte wurden in dieser Norm nicht in Betracht gezogen.
Diese Norm gilt in erster Linie für Maschinen, die nach dem Ausgabedatum der Norm hergestellt worden sind.

La présente norme détermine les prescriptions spécifiques de sécurité et les vérifications pour la conception et laconstruction de tous les types d'épandeurs de lisier semi-portés, traînés et automoteurs, y compris les dispositifsd’épandage et d’enfouissage, destinés à l'épandage ou à l'enfouissage de lisier, l'énergie nécessaire à l'opérationpouvant être d'origine pneumatique ou mécanique.NOTELes prescriptions en matière de freinage ne sont pas incluses dans la présente norme. Celles-ci seront étudiées lorsde la révision de la norme en fonction du développement des législations européennes.En outre, elle spécifie le type d'informations que le fabricant doit donner sur les pratiques d'utilisation sûre.La liste des phénomènes dangereux significatifs traités dans cette norme est donnée en Annexe A. L'Annexe Aindique également les phénomènes dangereux qui n'ont pas été traités.Les aspects liés à l'environnement n'ont pas été pris en compte dans cette norme.La présente norme s'applique avant tout aux machines fabriquées après la date de publication de la norme.

Ta standard opredeljuje posebne varnostne zahteve in njihovo preverjanje za načrtovanje in izdelavo vseh polnošenih, vlečenih in samognanih cistern za gnojevko, vključno z njihovimi napravami za nanos in vbrizgavanje, ki so namenjene nanosu in vbrizgavanju gnojevke, na pnevmatski ali mehanski pogon. Poleg tega opredeljuje vrste podatkov glede varnih delovnih praks, ki jih mora zagotoviti proizvajalec. Seznam velikih nevarnosti, ki jih obravnava ta standard, je podan v Dodatku A. Dodatek A navaja tudi nevarnosti, ki niso bile obravnavane. Okoljski vidiki v tem standardu niso obravnavani.
