Aluminium and aluminium alloys - Cold drawn rod/bar and tube - Part 8: Porthole tubes, tolerances on dimensions and form

This European Standard specifies the tolerances on dimensions and form for aluminium and aluminium alloy cold drawn porthole tubes with an outside diameter (OD) from 3 mm to 350 mm (round tube, see Figure 1) or with a cross section contained within a circumscribing circle (CD) from 8 mm to 300 mm (other than round tube, see Figure 2), supplied in straight lengths.
This document only applies to cold drawn tube for general engineering applications made in the following alloys:
-   EN AW-1050A, EN AW-1200;
-   EN AW-3003, EN AW-3103;
-   EN AW-5005, EN AW-5005A, EN AW-5049, EN AW-5251, EN AW-5052;
-   EN AW-6012, EN AW-6060, EN AW-6061, EN AW-6262, EN AW-6262A;
-   EN AW-6063, EN AW-6063A, EN AW-6065, EN AW-6082;
-   EN AW-7020.
The temper designations used in this part are according to EN 515.
This document only applies to tube produced by the porthole/bridge method of extrusion only (and then cold drawn to the final dimensions).
This document does not apply to:
-   cold drawn tubes produced by the seamless, die/mandrel method (EN 754-7),
-   tubes delivered in coils (EN 13958),
-   coiled tubes cut to length (EN 13958).

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Grenzabmaße und Formtoleranzen für gezogene, mit Kammerwerkzeug stranggepresste Rohre aus Aluminium und Aluminiumlegierungen mit einem Außendurchmesser (OD) (en: outer diameter) von 3 mm bis 350 mm (Rundrohre, siehe Bild 1) oder mit einem Querschnitt, der in einem Umschlingungskreis (CD) (en: circumscribing circle) von 8 mm bis 300 mm enthalten ist (andere als Rundrohre, siehe Bild 2) fest. Sie werden in geraden Längen geliefert.
Dieses Dokument gilt ausschließlich für gezogene und aus nachfolgenden Werkstoffen hergestellte Rohre für allgemeine Anwendungen:
   EN AW-1050A, EN AW-1200;
   EN AW-3003, EN AW-3103;
   EN AW-5005, EN AW-5005A, EN AW-5049, EN AW-5251, EN AW-5052;
   EN AW-6012, EN AW-6060, EN AW-6061, EN AW-6262, EN AW-6262A;

Die in diesem Dokument verwendeten Bezeichnungen der Werkstoffzustände entsprechen EN 515.
Dieses Dokument gilt nur für Rohre, die nach dem Strangpressverfahren mit Kammer /Brückenwerkzeug hergestellt werden (und dann auf die Endmaße gezogen werden).
Dieses Dokument gilt nicht für:
   Rohre, die nahtlos gezogen hergestellt werden (EN 754 7);
   Rohre, die in Ringen geliefert werden (EN 13958);
   Rohre in Ringen, die auf Länge geschnitten werden (EN 13958).

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les tolérances sur dimensions et forme des tubes filés à pont en aluminium et alliages d’aluminium avec un diamètre extérieur (OD) de 3 mm à 350 mm (tube rond, voir la Figure 1) ou avec une section transversale contenue dans le cercle circonscrit (CD) de 8 mm à 300 mm (autre que tube rond, voir la Figure 2) fournis en longueurs droites.
Le présent document ne s’applique qu’aux tubes étirés pour applications générales, fabriqués dans les alliages suivants :
-   EN AW-1050A, EN AW-1200 ;
-   EN AW-3003, EN AW-3103 ;
-   EN AW-5005, EN AW-5005A, EN AW-5049, EN AW-5251, EN AW-5052 ;
-   EN AW-6012, EN AW-6060, EN AW-6061, EN AW-6262, EN AW-6262A ;

La désignation des états métallurgiques utilisés dans cette partie est conforme à l’EN 515.
Le présent document ne s’applique qu’aux tubes produits à l’aide d’une méthode de filage à pont (puis étirés à froid aux dimensions finales requises).
Il ne s’applique pas :
-   aux tubes filés produits à l’aide d’une méthode de filage à aiguille (EN 754-7) ;
-   aux tubes livrés en couronnes (EN 13958) ;

Ta evropski standard določa tolerance mer in oblike za hladno vlečene, z večdelnimi matricami iztiskane cevi iz aluminija in aluminijeve zlitine z zunanjim premerom (OD) od 3 mm do 350 mm (okrogla cev, glej sliko 1) ali s presekom v odprtini (CD) velikosti od 8 mm do 300 mm (neokrogla cev, glej sliko 2), dobavljene v ravnih presekih.
Ta dokument se uporablja samo za hladno vlečene cevi za splošno tehnično uporabo, izdelane iz naslednjih zlitin:
