Aluminium and aluminium alloys - Cold drawn rod/bar and tube - Part 7: Seamless tubes, tolerances on dimensions and form

This European Standard specifies the tolerances on dimensions and form for aluminium and aluminium alloys cold drawn seamless tubes with an outside diameter (OD) from 3 mm to 350 mm (round tube, see Figure 1) or with a cross section contained within a circumscribing circle (CD) from 8 mm to 300 mm (other than round tube, see Figure 2) supplied in straight lengths.
This European Standard only applies to tube produced by the seamless die/mandrel method of extrusion (and then cold drawn to the final dimensions required).
The temper designations used in this part are according to EN 515.
This document applies to cold drawn, seamless tube for general engineering applications.
This document does not apply to:
-   cold drawn tube produced by the porthole/bridge method (EN 754-8),
-   tubes delivered in coils (EN 13958),
-   coiled tubes cut to length (EN 13958).

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Grenzabmaße und Formtoleranzen für gezogene nahtlose Rohre aus Aluminium und Aluminiumlegierungen mit einem Außendurchmesser (OD) (en: outer diameter) von 3 mm bis 350 mm (Rundrohre, siehe Bild 1) oder mit einem Querschnitt, der in einem Umschlingungskreis (CD) (en: circumscribing circle) von 8 mm bis 300 mm enthalten ist (andere als Rundrohre, siehe Bild 2) fest. Sie werden in geraden Längen geliefert.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt nur für Rohre, die nach dem nahtlosen Strangpressverfahren hergestellt (und dann auf die geforderten Endmaße gezogen) werden.
Die in diesem Dokument verwendeten Bezeichnungen der Werkstoffzustände entsprechen EN 515.
Dieses Dokument gilt für gezogene nahtlose Rohre für allgemeine Anwendungen.
Dieses Dokument gilt nicht für:
   Rohre, die nach dem Strangpressverfahren mit Kammer /Brückenwerkzeug hergestellt werden
(EN 754-8);
   Rohre, die in Ringen geliefert werden (EN 13958);
   Rohre in Ringen, die auf Länge geschnitten werden (EN 13958).

Aluminium et alliages d'aluminium - Barres et tubes étirés - Partie 7 : Tubes filés sur aiguille, tolérances sur dimensions et forme

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les tolérances sur dimensions et forme des tubes filés sur aiguille en aluminium et alliages d’aluminium avec un diamètre extérieur (OD) de 3 mm à 350 mm (tube rond, voir la Figure 1) ou avec une section transversale contenue dans le cercle circonscrit (CD) de 8 mm à 300 mm (autre que tube rond, voir la Figure 2) fournis en longueurs droites.
La présente Norme européenne ne s’applique qu’aux tubes produits à l’aide d’une méthode de filage sans soudure/sur aiguille (puis étirés à froid aux dimensions finales requises).
La désignation des états métallurgiques utilisés dans cette partie est conforme à l’EN 515.
Le présent document s’applique aux produits étirés, filés sur aiguille pour applications générales.
Il ne s’applique pas :
-   aux tubes filés produits à l’aide d’une méthode de filage à pont (EN 754-8) ;
-   aux tubes livrés en couronnes (EN 13958) ;
-   aux tubes en couronnes découpés à longueur (EN 13958).

Ta evropski standard določa tolerance mer in oblike za hladno vlečene nevarjene cevi iz aluminija in aluminijeve zlitine z zunanjim premerom (OD) od 3 mm do 350 mm (okrogla cev, glej sliko 1) ali s presekom v odprtini (CD) velikosti od 8 mm do 300 mm (neokrogla cev, glej sliko 2), dobavljene v ravnih presekih.
Ta evropski standard se uporablja samo za cevi, izdelane z metodo iztiskovanja s celim utopom/trnom (ki so nato hladno vlečene do zahtevane končne mere).
Oznake za popuščanje, uporabljene v tem delu, so skladne s standardom EN 515.
Ta dokument se uporablja za hladno vlečene nevarjene cevi za splošno tehnično uporabo.
Ta dokument se ne uporablja za:
– hladno vlečene cevi, izdelane z metodo iztiskovanja z večdelnimi matricami/mostičkom (EN 754-8),
– cevi, dobavljene v navojih (EN 13958),
– navojne cevi, razrezane po dolžini (EN 13958).
