Corrugated fibreboard - Determination of edgewise crush resistance (non-waxed edge method) (ISO 3037:2022)

This document specifies a non-waxed edge method for the determination of the edgewise crush resistance of corrugated fibreboard. The force is applied in the direction of the flute axis.
This method is applicable to single-wall (double-faced), double-wall, and triple-wall corrugated fibreboard.
It is applicable to all corrugated fibreboard flute types if no buckling and/or tipping occurs during measurement. This method is also applicable to test samples taken from corrugated cases and other converted products.

Wellpappe - Bestimmung des Kantenstauchwiderstandes (Verfahren für ungewachste Kanten) (ISO 3037:2022)

Dieses Dokument legt ein Verfahren für ungewachste Kanten für die Bestimmung des Kantenstauch-widerstandes von Wellpappe fest. Die Kraft wird in der Richtung der Wellenachse aufgebracht.
Dieses Verfahren ist für einwellige (doppelseitige), zwei- und dreiwellige Wellpappe anwendbar.
Es ist für alle Wellenarten anwendbar, wenn während der Messung kein Beulen und/oder Kippen auftritt. Dieses Verfahren ist auch für Durchschnittsproben anwendbar, die von Wellkisten und anderen verarbeiteten Produkten entnommen wurden.

Carton ondulé - Détermination de la résistance à la compression sur chant (méthode sans enduction de cire) (ISO 3037:2022)

Le présent document spécifie une méthode sans enduction de cire permettant de déterminer la résistance à la compression sur chant du carton ondulé. La force est appliquée dans le sens de l’axe des cannelures.
Cette méthode est applicable au carton ondulé simple cannelure (double face), double cannelure et triple cannelure.
Elle concerne toutes les sortes de cannelures de cartons ondulés lorsque aucun flambage ni aucun basculement ne se produit au cours du mesurage, ainsi aux échantillons pour essai prélevés sur les caisses de carton ondulé et d’autres produits transformés.

Valoviti karton - Določanje robne odpornosti (metoda ECT) (ISO 3037:2022)

Ta dokument določa metodo nevoskanega roba za določanje robne odpornosti valovitega kartona. Sila deluje v smeri osi žlebiča.
Ta metoda se uporablja za enoplasten (dvoslojni), dvoplasten in triplasten valoviti karton.
Uporablja se za vse vrste žlebičev valovitega kartona, če pri merjenju ne pride do uklona in/ali nagiba. Ta metoda se uporablja tudi za preskusne vzorce valovite embalaže in drugih predelanih proizvodov.

This document (EN ISO 3037:2022) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 6 "Paper, board
and pulps" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 172 “Pulp, paper and board” the
secretariat of which is held by DIN.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by June 2023, and conflicting national standards shall be
withdrawn at the latest by June 2023.
