This document defines the requirements for micro-arc oxidation of aluminium and aluminium alloys for corrosion protection, wear, erosion, dielectric and thermal properties.
The purpose of this document is to give design, quality and manufacturing requirements. It does not give complete in-house process instructions; these are given in the processors detailed process instructions.
This document relates only to micro-arc oxidation. It does not relate to finishing techniques, such as mechanical post treatment.

Dieses Dokument legt die Anforderungen an die Mikrolichtbogenoxidation von Aluminium und Aluminiumlegierungen in Bezug auf den Korrosionsschutz, den Verschleiß, die Erosion sowie auf dielektrische und thermische Eigenschaften fest.
Zweck dieses Dokuments ist die Vorgabe von Design , Qualitäts  und Fertigungsanforderungen. Es stellt keine vollständigen innerbetrieblichen Prozessanweisungen zur Verfügung; diese sind in den ausführlichen Prozessanweisungen des Verarbeiters angegeben.
Dieses Dokument bezieht sich nur auf die Mikrolichtbogenoxidation. Es bezieht sich nicht auf Oberflächen¬behandlungstechniken wie die mechanische Nachbearbeitung.

L’objet du présent document est d’indiquer les exigences de conception, de qualité et de fabrication. Il ne donne pas de gamme de production complète ; ces informations sont données dans les instructions détaillées de l’applicateur relatives au procédé.
Le présent document se rapporte uniquement à l’oxydation micro-arc. Il ne concerne pas les techniques de finition comme le traitement post-opératoire mécanique.

Ta dokument določa zahteve za mikroobločno oksidacijo aluminija in aluminijevih zlitin v zvezi s protikorozijsko zaščito, obrabo, erozijo ter dielektričnimi in toplotnimi lastnostmi.
Namen tega dokumenta je določiti zahteve glede zasnove, kakovosti in proizvodnje. Ne podaja popolnih navodil glede internega procesa, ki bodo podana v izvajalčevih podrobnih navodilih glede procesa.
Ta dokument se navezuje samo na mikroobločno oksidacijo. Ne navezuje se na tehnike končne obdelave, kot je mehanska naknadna obdelava.
