Snow grooming equipment - Safety requirements
This standard applies to snow grooming equipment as defined in 3.1 and its use with attachments as described in 3.2. With the exception of rear-mounted snow tillers and front blade attachments, this standard does not deal with the specific hazards of the attachments themselves. This standard is not applicable to snowmobiles.
This standard deals with all significant hazards, hazardous situations and events relevant to snow grooming equipment, when it is used as intended and under conditions of misuse which are reasonably foreseeable by the manufacturer (see Clause 4). It also deals with hazards during commissioning, use, fault-finding and maintenance.
This standard is not applicable to snow grooming equipment manufactured before the date of publication of this document by CEN.
NOTE For travelling on public roads, national traffic regulations apply until harmonised requirements are available.

La présente norme s’applique aux engins de damage tels que définis en 3.1 et à leur utilisation avec des
accessoires tels que ceux décrits en 3.2. A l’exception des conditionneurs arrière et des lames frontales la
présente norme ne traite pas des phénomènes dangereux spécifiques aux accessoires. La présente norme
n’est pas applicable aux motoneiges.
La présente norme traite de tous les phénomènes dangereux, toutes les situations dangereuses et tous les
événements dangereux significatifs se rapportant aux engins de damage lorsque ceux-ci sont utilisés comme
prévu et dans les conditions de mauvais usage telles que raisonnablement prévisibles par le fabricant (voir
Article 4). Il traite également des phénomènes dangereux pendant la mise en service, l’utilisation, la
recherche de défauts et la maintenance.
La présente norme n’est pas applicable aux engins de damage qui ont été fabriqués avant la date de
publication du présent document par le CEN.
NOTE Pour la circulation sur les voies publiques, les codes de la route nationaux s’appliquent tant que des
exigences harmonisées ne sont pas disponibles.
Oprema za urejanje zasneženih površin - Varnostne zahteve
Ta standard se uporablja za opremo za urejanje zasneženih površin, kot je opredeljeno v točki 3.1, in njeno uporabo s priključki, kot je opisano v točki 3.2. Razen snežnih frez za namestitev zadaj in priključkov s sprednjim rezilom ta standard ne obravnava posebnih nevarnosti samih priključkov. Ta standard se ne uporablja za motorne snežne sani.
Ta standard opisuje vsa večja tveganja, nevarne situacije in nevarne dogodke v zvezi z opremo za urejanje zasneženih površin, kadar se uporablja v skladu z njihovim namenom in pod pogoji pričakovane nepravilne uporabe, ki jih določa proizvajalec (glejte točko 4). Obravnava tudi tveganja med začetkom delovanja, uporabo, iskanjem napak in vzdrževanjem.
Ta standard se ne uporablja za opremo za urejanje zasneženih površin, izdelano, preden je CEN izdal ta dokument.
OPOMBA: Za potovanje po javnih cestah veljajo nacionalni prometni predpisi, dokler ne bodo na voljo usklajene zahteve.
