EN 352-8:2020+A1:2024 is the CEN European Standard that specifies safety requirements for entertainment audio earmuffs. Applicable to products that relay entertainment audio via wired or wireless systems (including FM, DAB/DAB+, Bluetooth or direct wired input), the standard addresses construction, design, performance, marking and manufacturer information related to the integrated audio facility. Amendment 1 was approved in 2024 and the standard is part of the EN 352 family covering hearing protectors.
