Road lighting - Part 4: Methods of measuring lighting performance
This European Standard specifies measurement conditions and procedures for measuring the photometric quality parameters of road lighting installations, i.e. the quantities that quantify their performances in accordance with EN 13201-2 lighting classes.
Parameters used for quantifying the energy performance of road lighting installations are not considered.
A methodology to evaluate the road lighting performances considering tolerances in the design parameters is described in the informative Annex A.

Diese Europäische Norm legt Messbedingungen und Verfahren zur Messung der photometrischer Güte-merk¬male von Straßenbeleuchtungsanlagen fest, d. h. die Größen, die deren Gütemerkmale nach den Beleucht¬ungsklassen von EN 13201 2 quanti¬fizieren.
Parameter zur Quantifizierung der Energieeffizienz der Straßenbeleuchtungsanlagen werden nicht berück-sichtigt.
Eine Methodologie zur Bewertung der Gütemerkmale der Straßenbeleuchtung unter Berücksichtigung der Toleranzen der Planungsparameter wird im informativen Anhang A beschrieben.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les conditions de mesure et les procédures permettant de mesurer les paramètres de qualité photométriques des installations d'éclairage public, c'est-à-dire les grandeurs qui quantifient leurs performances conformément aux classes d'éclairage de l'EN 13201-2.
Les paramètres utilisés pour quantifier la performance énergétique des installations d'éclairage public ne sont pas pris en compte.
Une méthodologie destinée à évaluer les performances de l'éclairage public en tenant compte des tolérances des paramètres de conception est décrite à l'Annexe A informative.

Ta evropski standard določa pogoje in postopke za merjenje parametrov fotometrične kakovosti naprav za cestno razsvetljavo, tj. količinsko določanje njihovih
lastnosti v skladu z razredi za razsvetljavo iz standarda EN 13201-2.
Parametri, ki se uporabljajo za količinsko določanje energijske učinkovitosti naprav za cestno razsvetljavo, niso zajeti. Metodologija za vrednotenje lastnosti cestne razsvetljave z upoštevanjem toleranc parametrov zasnove je opisana v informativnem dodatku A.

Standard SIST EN 13201-4 (sl), Cestna razsvetljava – 4. del: Metode za merjenje lastnosti razsvetljave,
2016, ima status slovenskega standarda in je enakovreden evropskemu standardu EN 13201-4 (en),
Road lighting – Part 4: Methods of measuring lighting performance, 2015.
Ta standard nadomešča SIST EN 13201-4:2004.
NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR
Evropski standard EN 13201-4:2015 je pripravil tehnični odbor Evropskega komiteja za standardizacijo
CEN/TC 169 Svetloba in razsvetljava v gradbeništvu, katerega tajništvo je v pristojnosti DIN.
Slovenski standard SIST EN 13201-4:2016 je prevod evropskega standarda EN 13201-4:2015. V
primeru spora glede besedila slovenskega prevoda v tem standardu je odločilen izvirnik standarda v
angleškem jeziku. Slovensko izdajo standarda je pripravil tehnični odbor SIST/TC STV Steklo, svetloba
in razsvetljava v gradbeništvu.
Odločitev za privzem tega standarda je SIST/TC STV sprejel 26. maja 2016.
ZVEZA Z NACIONALNIMI STANDARDI
S privzemom tega evropskega standarda veljajo za omejeni namen referenčnih standardov vsi
