Continuously hot-dip coated strip and sheet of steels with high yield strength for cold forming - Technical delivery conditions

This European Standard specifies requirements for continuously hot-dip zinc (Z), zinc-iron alloy (ZF), zinc-aluminium alloy (ZA), aluminium-zinc alloy (AZ) and aluminium-silicon alloy (AS) coated flat products made of steels with high yield strength for cold forming (see Tables 1 and 3) with thicknesses up to and including
3,0 mm unless otherwise agreed. The thickness is the final thickness of the delivered product after coating.
This European Standard applies to strip of all widths and to sheets cut from it ( 600 mm width) and cut lengths (< 600 mm width).
The products covered by this European Standard are mainly used where cold formability and corrosion resistance for a defined minimum yield strength are the most important factors.

Dieses Dokument enthalt die Anforderungen an kontinuierlich schmelztauchveredelte Flacherzeugnisse mit
Uberzugen aus Zink (Z), Zink-Eisen Legierungen (ZF), Zink-Aluminium Legierungen (ZA), Aluminium-Zink
Legierungen (AZ) und Aluminium-Silicium Legierungen (AS) aus Stahlen mit hoher Streckgrenze zum
Kaltumformen (siehe Tabellen 1 und 3) in Dicken ¡Â3,0 mm, falls nicht anders vereinbart. Als Dicke gilt die
Enddicke des gelieferten Erzeugnisses nach dem Schmelztauchveredeln.
Dieses Dokument gilt fur Band aller Breiten sowie fur daraus abgelangte Bleche ( 600 mm Breite) und Stabe
(< 600 mm Breite).
Die Erzeugnisse nach diesem Dokument eignen sich fur Verwendungszwecke, bei denen bei definierter
Mindeststreckgrenze die Kaltumformbarkeit und der Widerstand gegen Korrosion von vorrangiger Bedeutung
sind.

La presente Norme europeenne a pour objet de definir les prescriptions relatives aux aciers a haute limite
d'elasticite galvanises a chaud en continu (Z), revetus d'alliage zinc-fer (ZF), zinc-aluminium (ZA),
aluminium-zinc (AZ) et aluminium-silicium (AS) pour formage a froid (voir Tableaux 1 et 3) dont l'epaisseur
sauf accord contraire est ¡Â3 mm. L'epaisseur consideree est l'epaisseur finale du produit livre apres
revetement.
La presente Norme europeenne est applicable aux bandes de toutes largeurs ainsi qu'aux toles qui en sont
issues (largeur ¡Ã600 mm) et aux bandes refendues coupees en longueur (largeur < 600 mm).
Les produits couverts par cette norme europeenne sont principalement utilises lorsque le formage a froid et la
resistance a la corrosion pour une limite minimale d'elasticite sont les facteurs les plus importants.
