Geotextiles and geotextile-related products - Determination of thickness at specified pressures - Part 1: Single layers

This European standard specifies a method for the determination of the thickness  of geotextiles and geotextile-related products at specified pressures and defines the pressure at which the nominal thickness is determined. The method is applicable to all geotextiles and geotextile-related products. Note: The thickness of geotextiles and geotextile-related products should normally be determined by measuring one layer of the product. When two or more layers are used on top of each other in a design, a test may be made in accordance with this European standard with the agreed number of layers.

Diese europäische norm gibt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Dicke von Geotextilien und geotextilverwandten Produkten unter festgelegten Drücken an und definiert, unter welchem Druck die Nenndicke bestimmt wird. Das Verfahren ist auf alle Geotextilien und geotextilverwandte Produkte anwendbar. Anmerkung: Normalerweise sollte die Dicke von Geotextilien und geotextilverwandte Produkten durch Messung einer Produktlage bestimmt werden. In den Fällen, in denen zwei oder mehr Lagen in einer Konstruktion übereinander verwendet werden, darf eine Prüfung un Übereinstimmung mit dieser EN statt.

Géotextiles et produits apparentés - Détermination de l'épaisseur à des pressions prescrites - Partie 1: Couches individuelles

La présente norme européenne prescrit une méthode pour la détermination de l'épaisseur des géotextiles et produits apparentés à des pressions prescrites et définit la pression à laquelle est déterminée l'épaisseur nominale. La méthode est applicable à tous les géotextiles et produits apparentés. Note: Normalement, il convient de déterminer l'épaisseur des géotextiles et produits apparentés en mesurant une couche du produit. Dans le cas où deux ou trois couches sont utilisées les unes sur les autres dans une construction, il y a lieu d'effectuer un essai conformément à la présente norme européenne.
