Zinc diffusion coatings on ferrous products - Sherardizing - Specification (ISO 17668:2016)

ISO 17668:2016 specifies minimum thickness requirements for six classes of zinc diffusion layers applied to ferrous products by the sherardizing process for the purpose of protection against corrosion and wear.
ISO 17668:2016 does not specify any requirements for the surface condition (finish or roughness) of the basis material before sherardizing.
Post-treatments (conversion coatings), after-treatments or organic over-coatings (Duplex) of sherardized articles are not in the scope of this International Standard.
NOTE 1       For general information about post-treatments, see Annex C and Annex D.
ISO 17668:2016 does not apply to sherardized products (e.g. fasteners, tubes) for which specific standards exist and which might include additional requirements or requirements which are different from those of this International Standard.
NOTE 2       Individual product standards can incorporate this International Standard for the coating by quoting its number, or can incorporate it with modification specific to the product.

Zink-Diffusionsschichten auf Eisen - Sherardisieren - Anforderungen (ISO 17668:2016)

Diese Internationale Norm legt die Anforderungen an die Mindestschichtdicke für sechs Klassen von Zinküberzügen, die zum Schutz vor Korrosion und Verschleiß mithilfe des Sherardisierungsverfahrens auf Eisenwerkstoffe aufgebracht wurden, fest.
Diese Internationale Norm legt keine Anforderungen an den Zustand der Oberfläche (Oberflächen-beschaffenheit oder Rauheit) des Grundwerkstoffs vor dem Sherardisieren fest.
Nachbehandlungen (Konversionsschichten), nachträgliche Behandlungen oder organische Beschichtungen (Duplex-Systeme) von sherardisierten Bauteilen werden von der Internationalen Norm nicht erfasst.
ANMERKUNG 1   Für allgemeine Informationen zu den Nachbehandlungen siehe Anhang C und Anhang D.
Diese Internationale Norm gilt nicht für sherardisierte Produkte (z. B. Befestigungselemente, Rohre), für die es besondere Normen gibt und für die zusätzliche Anforderungen oder von dieser Internationalen Norm abweichende Anforderungen gelten könnten.
ANMERKUNG 2   Einzelne Produktnormen können durch Angabe der Nummer auf die vorliegende Norm für Schichten verweisen oder sie mit produktspezifischen Modifikationen integrieren.

Revêtements par diffusion de zinc sur les produits ferreux - Shérardisation - Spécification (ISO 17668:2016)

ISO 17668:2016 spécifie les exigences relatives à l'épaisseur minimale de six classes de couches par diffusion de zinc appliquées aux produits ferreux selon le procédé de shérardisation en vue de fournir une protection contre la corrosion et l'usure.
ISO 17668:2016 ne spécifie aucune exigence relative à l'état de surface (fini ou rugosité) du matériau de base avant shérardisation.
Les post-traitements (couches de conversion), les traitements subséquents ou les revêtements organiques (systèmes Duplex) appliqués aux pièces shérardisées ne relèvent pas du domaine d'application de la présente Norme internationale.
NOTE 1       Pour des informations générales sur les post-traitements, voir l'Annexe C et l'Annexe D.
ISO 17668:2016 ne s'applique pas aux produits shérardisés (tels que les éléments de fixation, les tubes, etc.) pour lesquels des normes spécifiques existent et sont susceptibles de comporter des exigences supplémentaires ou des exigences différentes de celles définies dans la présente Norme internationale.

Cinkove difuzijske prevleke na železovih izdelkih - Šeradiranje - Specifikacija (ISO 17668:2016)

Ta standard ISO določa minimalne zahteve za debelino za šest razredov cinkove prevleke, uporabljene za železove izdelke po postopku šeradiranja za zaščito pred korozijo in obrabo. Določa tudi minimalne zahteve za cinkov prah, ki se uporablja v postopku šeradiranja. Ta standard ne določa zahtev za stanje površine (zaključno ali hrapavo) osnovnega materiala pred šeradiranjem. Ta standard ne zajema naknadne obdelave ali organskih premazov šeradiranih izdelkov. Ta standard se ne uporablja za šeradirane izdelke (npr. vezne elemente, cevi), za katere obstajajo posebni standardi, ki lahko vključujejo dodatne zahteve ali zahteve, ki se razlikujejo od tistih iz tega standarda.
