Fertilizers and liming materials - Sampling and sample preparation - Part 3: Sampling of static heaps

This European Standard is applicable to the sampling of mineral fertilizers and liming materials supplied or ready for supply to third parties, as a lot or in smaller lots, where such supply or readiness for supply is subject to legal requirements.
This European Standard specifies plans and methods of sampling of a lot of solid fertilizer or liming material, if sampling in motion is not possible, to obtain samples from static bulk heaps in order to ascertain compliance with legal requirements, in particular in relation to the accuracy of compulsory or permitted statutory declarations. The methods specified in this document are not applicable to obtain samples for physical analysis or for the chemical analysis which may be altered by particle granulometric segregation.
This European Standard is applicable to single nutrient fertilizers, to uniform complex fertilizers and to milled or granulated liming materials.
The methods described in this document are not suitable for sampling other types of fertilizer, for example blended fertilizers.
NOTE   The term 'fertilizer' is used throughout the body of this European Standard and includes liming materials unless otherwise indicated.

Düngemittel und Kalkdünger - Probenahme und Probenvorbereitung - Teil 3: Probenahme aus statischen Haufwerken

Diese Europäische Norm ist anwendbar für die Probenahme von mineralischen Düngemitteln und Kalkdüngern für die Auslieferung oder die Vorbereitung für die Auslieferung an Dritte als ein Los oder in kleineren Losen, falls die Auslieferung oder die Vorbereitung für die Auslieferung gesetzlichen Anforderungen unterliegt.
Diese Europäische Norm legt Probenahmepläne und  verfahren aus einem Los von festen Düngemitteln oder Kalkdüngern für die Gewinnung von Proben aus statischen Schüttgutaufwerken fest, wenn eine Beprobung aus dem bewegten Produkt nicht möglich ist, um eine zuverlässige Übereinstimmung mit den gesetzlichen Anforderungen sicherzustellen, besonders in Bezug auf die Genauigkeit von obligatorischen oder zulässigen gesetzlichen Deklarationen. Die in diesem Dokument festgelegten Verfahren sind nicht anwendbar für die Gewinnung von Proben für die physikalische Analyse oder für die chemische Analyse, die durch Korngrößenentmischung beeinflusst werden können.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt für Einnährstoffdünger, einheitliche Mehrnährstoffdünger sowie für gemahlene oder granulierte Kalkdünger.
Die in diesem Dokument beschriebenen Verfahren sind für andere Typen von Düngemitteln, wie beispielsweise Mischdünger, nicht anwendbar.
ANMERKUNG   Der Begriff „Düngemittel“ ist durchgängig in dieser Europäischen Norm verwendet worden und schließt, wenn nicht anders angegeben, Kalkdünger ein.

Engrais et amendements minéraux basiques - Échantillonnage et préparation de l'échantillon - Partie 3 : Échantillonnage des tas statiques

La présente norme Européenne s’applique à l’échantillonnage d’engrais ou d’amendements minéraux basiques livrés ou prêts à être livrés à une tierce partie, sous la forme d’un lot ou de lots plus petits lorsque cette livraison ou ces lots sont susceptibles de contrôles de conformité réglementaire.
La présente norme Européenne spécifie les plans et les méthodes d’échantillonnage d’un lot d’engrais solides ou d’amendements minéraux basiques, dans les cas où l’échantillonnage en mouvement n’est pas possible, pour obtenir des échantillons à partir de tas statiques en vrac, dans le but de vérifier le respect des exigences légales, en particulier en ce qui concerne la précision des déclarations réglementaires obligatoires ou autorisées. Les méthodes spécifiées dans le document ne sont pas applicables pour obtenir des échantillons destinés aux analyses physiques ou aux analyses chimiques qui peuvent être altérés par la ségrégation granulométrique des particules.
La présente norme Européenne est applicable aux engrais simples, aux engrais complexes et aux amendements minéraux basiques en poudre ou en granulés.
Les méthodes décrites dans le présent document ne conviennent pas pour l’échantillonnage d’autres types d’engrais, par exemple les engrais de mélange.
NOTE   Le terme « engrais » est utilisé tout au long de la présente Norme européenne et il convient de considérer qu’il inclut les amendements minéraux basiques, sauf indication contraire.

Ta dokument se uporablja za vzorčenje gnojil ali sredstev za apnjenje, ki so dobavljena oziroma pripravljena za dobavo tretjim osebam, v sklopu ali v manjših sklopih, pri čemer za takšno dobavo oziroma pripravljenost za dobavo veljajo zakonske zahteve.
Ta dokument določa načrte in metode vzorčenja sklopa trdnih gnojil ali sredstev za apnjenje, če vzorčenje v gibanju ni mogoče, za pridobitev vzorcev za kemijsko analizo iz statičnih kupov, s čimer se zagotovi skladnost z zakonskimi zahtevami, zlasti v povezavi s točnostjo obveznih oziroma dovoljenih uradnih izjav.
Dokument se uporablja za gnojila z enim hranilom, kompleksna gnojila in mleta ali granulirana sredstva za apnjenje.
Metode, opisane v tem dokumentu, niso primerne za vzorčenje mešanih gnojil.
OPOMBA: Izraz »gnojilo« se uporablja v celotnem glavnem delu tega evropskega standarda in vključuje sredstva za apnjenje, če ni navedeno drugače.
