This standard defines the characteristics of moisture resistant, insulated, nickel plated, in line splices for crimping on nickel plated copper conductors. They may be used at temperatures up to 260 °C maximum.
This standard shall be used in conjunction with EN 3373 001.

Diese Norm legt die Eigenschaften von feuchtigkeitsbeständigen, isolierten, vernickelten Stoßverbindern zum Crimpen auf vernickelte Kupferleiter fest. Sie dürfen bei Temperaturen bis höchstens 260 °C eingesetzt werden.
Die vorliegende Norm ist in Verbindung mit EN 3373 001 anzuwenden.
