Non-destructive testing of steel tubes - Part 3: Automatic eddy current testing of seamless and welded (except submerged arc-welded) steel tubes for the detection of imperfections
This Part of EN 10246 specifies the requirements for automatic eddy current testing of seamless and welded tubes with the exception of submerged arc-welded (SAW) tubes for the detection of imperfections. The standard specifies acceptance levels, calibration procedures and gives guidance on the limitations of the tests. This Part of EN 10246 is applicable to the inspection of tubes with an outside diameter equal to or greater than 4 mm. European Standard EN 10246 "Non-destructive testing of steel tubes" comprises the Parts shown in Annex A.
Zerstörungsfreie Prüfung von Stahlrohren - Teil 3: Automatische Wirbelstromprüfung nathloser und geschweißter (ausgenommen unterpulvergeschweißter) Stahlrohre zum Nachweis von Fehlern
Dieser Teil der EN 10246 legt die Anforderungen an die automatische Wirbelstromprüfung nahtloser und geschweißter Stahlrohre, mit Ausnahme unterpulvergeschweißter (SAW-) Rohre, zum Nachweis von Fehlern fest. Die Norm enthält Festlegungen über Zulässigkeitsklassen und die Einstellung der Prüfanlagen sowie Hinweise zu den Grenzen der Prüfverfahren. Dieser Teil der EN 10246 ist anwendbar für die Prüfung von Rohren mit einem Außendurchmesser ab 4 mm. Die Europäische Norm EN 10246 "Zerstörungsfreie Prüfung von Stahlrohren" besteht aus den in Anhang A angegebenen Teilen.

La présente partie de la l'EN 10246 spécifie les prescriptions relatives au contrôle automatique des tubes en acier sans soudure et soudés (sauf à l'arc immergé sous flux en poudre), pour la détection d'imperfections. La norme spécifie des niveaux de sévérité, des procédures d'étalonnage et donne des informations sur les limitations de cet essai. Elle s'applique au contrôle de tubes dont le diamètre extérieur est égal ou supérieur à 4 mm. Les parties de la norme européenne EN 10246 "Essais non destructifs des tubes en acier" sont données en annexe A.
