Textiles - Determination of twist in yarns - Direct counting method (ISO 2061:2015)

ISO 2061:2015 specifies a method for the determination of the direction of twist in yarns, the amount of twist, in terms of turns per unit length, and the change in length on untwisting, by the direct counting method.
This International Standard is applicable to
a)    single yarns (spun and filament),
b)    plied yarns, and
c)    cabled yarns.
Separate procedures are given for each type of yarn. The method is designed primarily for yarns in packages, but, with special precautions, the procedures can be used for yarns taken from fabrics. It is not suitable for the determination of twist in a monofilament.
NOTE          See also ISO 1890, which was prepared especially for the needs of glass textile technology, and ISO 7211‑4.
ISO 2061:2015 covers the determination of twist in plied and cabled yarns as follows:
a)    in plied yarns: the final twist of the plied yarns and the original twist of the single yarn before plying;
b)    in cabled yarns:
?   the final cabling twist of the yarn;
?   the original twist of the plied yarn after plying, but prior to the last stage of processing;
?   the twist of the single yarn before plying.
If desired, the twist of single and plied yarn components, as they lie in the final structure, can be determined by the special procedure given in 10.5.7.
ISO 2061:2015 is not applicable, except by agreement, to yarns which stretch more than 0,5 % when the tension increases from 0,5 cN to 1,0 cN per unit linear density of the yarn expressed in tex. Such yarns can be tested under special conditions of tension which are accepted by all parties interested in the test results.
ISO 2061:2015 is not suitable for products of open-end spinning and intermingled (interlaced) multifilament yarns.
ISO 2061:2015 is not applicable to yarns which are too large to permit their being placed in the clamps of the testing apparatus without crushing or distortion severe enough to affect the test results.

L'ISO 2061:2015 spécifie une méthode de détermination du sens de torsion des fils, de la valeur de cette torsion, exprimée en tours par unité de longueur, et de la variation de longueur après détorsion par la méthode par comptage direct.
La présente Norme internationale est applicable:
a)    aux fils simples (filés de fibres et filaments);
b)    aux fils retors; et
c)    aux fils câblés.
Des modes opératoires distincts sont donnés pour chaque type de fil. La méthode est destinée tout d'abord aux fils sur enroulements, mais avec quelques précautions elle est aussi applicable aux fils prélevés sur les étoffes. Elle ne convient pas à la détermination de la torsion d'un monofilament.
NOTE          Voir également l'ISO 1890, élaborée spécialement pour les besoins de la technologie du verre textile, et l'ISO 7211‑4.
L'ISO 2061:2015 est applicable à la détermination des torsions suivantes des retors et des câblés:
a)    pour les fils retors: torsion finale des fils retors et torsion d'origine des fils simples avant retordage;
b)    pour les fils câblés:
?   torsion finale du fil câblé;
?   torsion du fil retors après retordage mais avant câblage;
?   torsion du fil simple avant retordage.
Si on le désire, la torsion des fils simples et des composants du fil retors, telle qu'elle est dans la structure finale, peut être déterminée suivant le mode opératoire particulier donné en 10.5.7.
Sauf accord préalable, la présente Norme internationale n'est pas applicable aux fils qui s'allongent de plus de 0,5 % lorsque la force de traction à laquelle ils sont soumis s'accroît de 0,5 cN à 1,0 cN par unité de masse linéique, exprimée en tex. De tels fils peuvent être soumis à essai dans des conditions de traction spéciales, ayant fait l'objet d'un accord entre toutes les parties intéressées aux résultats de l'essai.
L'ISO 2061:2015 n'est pas applicable aux fils obtenus par filature à fibres libérées et aux fils multifilaments entremêlés (entrelacés).
L'ISO 2061:2015 n'est pas applicable aux fils trop gros pour pouvoir être placés dans les mâchoires de l'appareil d'essai sans être écrasés ou déformés de manière telle que les résultats de l'essai sont affectés.

Tekstilije - Ugotavljanje zavojev preje - Metoda neposrednega štetja (ISO 2061:2015)

Ta mednarodni standard določa metodo za ugotavljanje smeri zavojev preje, število zavojev v zavojih na enoto dolžine in spremembo dolžine pri odvijanju z metodo neposrednega štetja.
Ta mednarodni standard se uporablja za
a) enojne preje (predivne ali filamentne),
b) sukane preje in
c) kablane preje.
Navedeni so ločeni postopki za vsako vrsto preje. Metoda je namenjena zlasti za preje v
navitkih, toda s posebnimi previdnostnimi ukrepi je mogoče te postopke uporabiti za preje iz tekstilij. Ta standard ni primeren za ugotavljanje zavojev v monofilamentu.
OPOMBA: Glej tudi ISO 1890, ki je bil pripravljen posebej za potrebe tehnologije tekstilnega stekla, in ISO 7211-4.
Ta mednarodni standard zajema ugotavljanje zavojev v sukanih in kablanih prejah, kot sledi:
a) v sukanih prejah: končni zavoj sukanih prej in prvotni zavoj enojne preje pred
sukanjem;
b) v kablanih prejah:
– končni kablani zavoj preje;
– prvotni zavoj sukane preje po sukanju, toda pred zadnjo stopnjo obdelave;
– zavoj enojne preje pred sukanjem.
Po želji je mogoče ugotoviti zavoj komponent enojne in sukane preje, ko ležijo v končni strukturi,
s posebnih postopkom, navedenim v 10.5.7.
Ta mednarodni standard ne velja, razen če je dogovorjeno drugače, za preje, ki se raztezajo za več kot 0,5 %, ko se natezanje poveča z 0,5 cN na 1,0 cN na enoto dolžinske mase preje, izražene v sistemu tex. Takšne preje je mogoče preskusiti pod posebnimi pogoji natezanja, ki jih sprejmejo vse strani, zainteresirane za rezultate preskusa.
Ta mednarodni standard ni ustrezen za izdelke iz predenih in prepletenih
multifilamentnih prej brez zaključka.
Ta mednarodni standard se ne uporablja za preje, ki so prevelike, da bi lahko bile nameščene v vpenjala preskusne naprave brez stiskanja ali popačenja, ki vpliva na rezultate preskusa.

This document (EN ISO 2061:2015) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 38 “Textiles” in
collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 248 “Textiles and textile products” the secretariat of which is
held by BSI.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by January 2016, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at
the latest by January 2016.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent

Wenn aus diesem Norm-Entwurf eine Europäische Norm wird, sind die CEN-Mitglieder gehalten, die CEN-Geschäftsordnung zu erfüllen, in der die Bedingungen festgelegt sind, unter denen dieser Europäischen Norm ohne jede Änderung der Status einer nationalen Norm zu geben ist.
