This document specifies requirements and test methods for air-aspirated hand blowpipes.
This document applies to blowpipes for brazing, soldering, heating, fusion and other allied thermal
processes which use a fuel gas and aspirated air (injector-type blowpipes) and are intended for manual
use.
This document is applicable to:
— air-aspirated hand blowpipes which are fed with a fuel gas in the gaseous phase, at a controlled
pressure by a regulator, through a gas supply hose;
— air-aspirated hand blowpipes which are fed with a liquefied fuel gas in the gaseous phase at the
container pressure, through a gas supply hose;
— so-called liquid-phase blowpipes which are fed with a fuel gas in the liquid phase, and where thermal
evaporation takes place within the blowpipe.
It does not apply to blowpipes in which the fuel gas leaves the injector in the liquid phase, or to so-called
“cartridge” blowpipes where the gas supply is fixed directly onto the blowpipe and possibly constitutes
the shank.
NOTE Figures 1 to 4 are given for guidance only, to facilitate the explanation of the terms. They do not
specify the construction details, which are left to the discretion of the manufacturer.

Dieses Dokument legt Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren für Handbrenner für angesaugte Luft fest.
Dieses Dokument ist anwendbar für Brenner zum Hartlöten, Weichlöten, Wärmen, Schmelzen und für ähnliche thermische Verfahren, die mit Brenngas und angesaugter Luft betrieben werden (Düsenbrenner) und dazu eingerichtet sind, von Hand geführt zu werden.
Dieses Dokument ist anwendbar für:
   Handbrenner für angesaugte Luft, denen das Brenngas durch einen Brenngasschlauch mit einem bestimmten, durch Regler einstellbaren Druck in gasförmigem Zustand zugeleitet wird;
   Handbrenner für angesaugte Luft, denen Flüssiggas durch einen Brenngasschlauch mit dem im Behälter herrschenden Druck in gasförmigem Zustand zugeleitet wird;
   sogenannte Flüssiggasverdampfungsbrenner, denen Flüssiggas in flüssigem Zustand zugeleitet wird und bei denen thermisches Verdampfen innerhalb des Brenners erfolgt.
Dieses Dokument ist nicht anwendbar für Brenner, bei denen das Brenngas in flüssigem Zustand an der Düse austritt. Es ist ebenfalls nicht anwendbar für sogenannte Kartuschenbrenner, bei denen der Brenngasbehälter (die Kartusche) unmittelbar mit dem Brenner verbunden ist und gegebenenfalls als Griffstück dient.
ANMERKUNG   Bild 1 bis Bild 4 dienen lediglich der Erläuterung und einem besseren Verständnis der Begriffserklärungen. Es werden keine Einzelheiten der Konstruktion vorgeschrieben, diese bleiben dem Hersteller überlassen.

Ta dokument določa zahteve in preskusne metode za ročne gorilnike z vsesavanjem zraka. Ta dokument se uporablja za gorilnike za postopke vsesavanja, spajkanja, segrevanja, spajanja in druge podobne toplotne procese, ki uporabljajo plinasto gorivo ali zrak za vsesavanje (gorilnik z vsesavanjem zraka s šobami) in so namenjeni ročni
uporabi.
Ta dokument se uporablja za:
– ročne gorilnike z vsesavanjem zraka, ki se polnijo s plinastim gorivom v plinski fazi pri tlaku, ki ga regulira regulator, prek dovodne cevi za plin;

Ta dokument se ne uporablja za gorilnike, kjer plinasto gorivo zapušča šobo v tekoči fazi, oziroma tako imenovane
gorilnike s »kartušo«, kjer je dovod plina neposredno usmerjen v gorilnik in lahko ustvarja
krak.
OPOMBA: Slike od 1 do 4 so podane samo kot napotki za lažjo razlago izrazov. Ne
določajo strukturnih podrobnosti, ki so prepuščene presoji proizvajalca.

This document (EN ISO 9012:2023) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 44 "Welding
and allied processes" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 121 “Welding and allied
processes” the secretariat of which is held by DIN.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by April 2024, and conflicting national standards shall be
withdrawn at the latest by April 2024.
