Small wastewater treatment systems for up to 50 PT - Part 3: Packaged and/or site assembled domestic wastewater treatment plants

This European Standard specifies requirements, test methods, the marking and evaluation of conformity for packaged and/or site assembled domestic wastewater treatment plants (including guest houses and businesses) used for populations up to 50 inhabitants. Small wastewater treatment plants according to this European Standard are used for the treatment of raw domestic wastewater. It covers plants with tanks made of concrete, steel, PVC-U, Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP) and Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP-UP). The test methods specified in this European Standard establish the performance of the plant, needed to verify its suitability for the end use. This European Standard applies for small wastewater treatment plants for use buried in the ground where no vehicle loads are applied to the product. This European Standard applies to plants where all prefabricated components are factory or site-assembled by one manufacturer and which are tested as a whole.

Diese Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen an vorgefertigte und/oder vor Ort montierte Anlagen zur Behandlung von häuslichem Schmutzwasser einschließlich solchem aus Gaststätten und Gewerbebetrieben für Gruppen von bis zu 50 Personen sowie Prüfverfahren, die Kennzeichnung und die Konformitäts¬bewertung fest. Kleinkläranlagen nach dieser Europäischen Norm werden für die Behandlung von häus¬lichem Abwasser verwendet.
Sie deckt Anlagen mit Behältern aus Beton, Stahl, PVC U, Polyethylen (PE), Polypropylen (PP), glasfaser-verstärktem Kunststoff (GFK-UP) und Polydicyclopentadien (PDCPD), PVC und EPDM ab.
Die in dieser Europäischen Norm spezifizierten Prüfverfahren legen die Ausführung der Anlage fest, die zur Prüfung von deren Eignung für den Verwendungszweck erforderlich ist (siehe 5.2).
Die vorliegende Europäische Norm gilt für Kleinkläranlagen, die in den Boden eingebaut werden und dann keinen Fahrzeuglasten ausgesetzt sind.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt für Anlagen, bei denen alle vorgefertigten Bauteile im Werk oder vor Ort durch einen Hersteller zusammengebaut werden und die als Ganzes geprüft werden.
ANMERKUNG   In einigen Ländern sind, um den nationalen Vorschriften zu entsprechen, den Anlagen zur Behandlung des häuslichen Abwassers weitere Anlagen nachgeschaltet.

Ta evropski standard podaja zahteve, preskusne metode, označevanje in ocenjevanje skladnosti za predizdelane in/ali na mestu postavitve sestavljene čistilne naprave za gospodinjske odplake (vključno z gostišči in podjetji) za stavbe z največ 50 prebivalci. V skladu s tem evropskim standardom se male čistilne naprave uporabljajo za čiščenje neobdelanih gospodinjskih odplak. Standard zajema naprave iz betona, jekla, neplastificiranega polivinilklorida (PVC-U), polietilena (PE), polipropilena (PP) in iz s steklenimi vlakni ojačanega poliestra (GRP-UP). Preskusne metode iz tega evropskega standarda določajo zmogljivost čistilne naprave, ki je potrebna za preverjanje njene primernosti za končno uporabo. This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by February 2017, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by May 2018. Evropski standard EN 12566-3:2016 je pripravil tehnični odbor Evropskega komiteja za standardizacijo

CEN/TC 165 Projektiranje kanalizacijskih sistemov. Slovenski standard SIST EN 12566-3:2017 je

prevod evropskega standarda EN 12566-3:2016. V primeru spora glede besedila slovenskega prevoda

v tem standardu je odločilen izvirni evropski standard v enem izmed treh uradnih jezikov CEN.

Evropski predgovor

Ta dokument (EN 12566-3:2016) je pripravil tehnični odbor CEN/TC 165 "Projektiranje kanalizacijskih

sistemov", katerega sekretariat vodi DIN.

Ta evropski standard mora dobiti status nacionalnega standarda z objavo istovetnega besedila ali z

razglasitvijo najpozneje do februarja 2017, nasprotujoče nacionalne standarde pa je treba razveljaviti

najpozneje do maja 2018.

Opozoriti je treba na možnost, da so lahko nekateri elementi tega dokumenta predmet patentnih

pravic. CEN [in/ali CENELEC] ne prevzema odgovornosti za ugotavljanje posameznih ali vseh takih

patentnih pravic.
Ta dokument nadomešča EN 12566-3:2005+A2:2013.

Ta dokument je bil pripravljen na podlagi mandata, ki sta ga Evropska komisija in Evropsko združenje

za prosto trgovino podelila CEN, in podpira bistvene zahteve direktiv EU.
