The thermal spray procedure specification (TSPS) is a critically important quality assurance document in the production workflow when producing a thermally sprayed coating.
This document defines the minimum requirements to be followed for the content of a thermal spray procedure specification. When using the thermal spray procedure specification, the requirements of the coating specification are intended to be met. To ensure traceability, the thermal spray procedure specification is intended to be documented and component-related.
Tests and test scopes are intended to be defined by the manufacturer of the coating in a separate test plan according to the requirements of the coating specification.

Die thermische Spritzanweisung (TSPS) ist ein besonders wichtiges Qualitätssicherungsdokument im Arbeits-fluss der Produktion, wenn eine thermisch gespritzte Schicht produziert wird.

Pour assurer la traçabilité, la spécification de mode opératoire de projection thermique doit être documentée
et associée à un élément.
Les essais et la portée des essais doivent être définis par le fabricant du revêtement dans un plan d’essai séparé selon les exigences de la spécification de revêtement.

Ta evropski standard določa minimalne zahteve, ki naj bi se upoštevale glede vsebine specifikacije postopka vročega brizganja. Ob uporabi specifikacije postopka vročega brizganja je treba izpolniti zahteve specifikacije premazov. Specifikacija postopka vročega brizganja se mora dokumentirati in mora biti povezana s sestavnim delom, da se zagotovi sledljivost.
Preskuse in njihova področja uporabe mora določiti proizvajalec premaza v ločenem načrtu preskusov v skladu z zahtevami specifikacije premazov.
