Aerospace series - Clamps, loop ("P" type) in aluminium alloy with rubber cushioning - Dimensions, masses

This document specifies the required characteristics of loop style clamps ("P" type) in aluminium alloy with various cushion materials.
These clamps are used for supporting aerospace pipe assemblies and electrical cable bundles.
They are used up to 80 °C max.
Usage at a higher temperature is at the option of the user.

Dieses Dokument legt die Anforderungen an Schellen in Schlaufenform (P-Form) aus Aluminiumlegierung mit verschiedenen Profilgummi-Werkstoffen fest.
Diese Schellen werden zur Halterung von Rohrleitungen und elektrischen Leitungsbündeln in der Luft- und Raumfahrt verwendet.
Sie werden bis zu einer Temperatur von höchstens 80 °C verwendet.
Die Verwendung bei höherer Temperatur erfolgt nach Wahl des Anwenders.
Für den Temperaturbereich und die Umweltbedingungen siehe die Angaben in den jeweiligen Werkstoffnormen für Profilgummi.

Le présent document spécifie les caractéristiques requises pour les colliers à boucle en P, en alliage d’aluminium, avec différents matériaux pour les profilés (garnitures).
Ces colliers sont utilisés pour maintenir les tuyauteries et les faisceaux de câbles électriques à usage aérospatial.
Ils sont utilisés jusqu'à 80 °C max.
L’utilisation à une température plus élevée est au choix de l’utilisateur.
