Road lighting - Part 2: Performance requirements
This part of this European Standard defines performance requirements which are specified as lighting classes for road lighting aiming at the visual needs of road users, and it considers environmental aspects of road lighting.
NOTE Installed luminous intensity classes for the restriction of disability glare and control of obtrusive light and installed glare index classes for the restriction of discomfort glare are defined in the informative Annex A. Lighting of pedestrian crossings is discussed in the informative Annex B. Disability glare evaluation for conflict areas (C classes) and pedestrian and pedal cyclists (P classes) is discussed in the informative Annex C.
Straßenbeleuchtung - Teil 2: Gütemerkmale
Diese Norm legt Beleuchtungsklassen für die Straßenbeleuchtung fest, die den visuellen Bedürfnissen der Straßennutzer entsprechen, und berücksichtigt Umweltaspekte der Straßenbeleuchtung.
ANMERKUNG Im informativen Anhang A werden Lichtstärkeklassen zur Begrenzung der physiologischen Blendung und des Störlichtes sowie Blendindexklassen zur Begrenzung der psychologischen Blendung eingeführt.
Eclairage public - Partie 2: Exigences de performance
La présente partie de cette Norme européenne définit les exigences de performance qui sont spécifiées sous forme de classes d’éclairage pour l'éclairage public concernant les besoins visuels des usagers de la route et considère les aspects environnementaux liés à l’éclairage public.
NOTE Les classes d’intensité lumineuse en installation pour la limitation de l’éblouissement d'incapacité et le contrôle de la lumière générant des nuisances et les classes d’indice d’éblouissement pour la limitation de l’éblouissement d’inconfort sont définies à l’Annexe A informative. L’éclairage des passages piétons est traité dans l’Annexe B informative. L'évaluation de l'éblouissement d'incapacité pour les zones de conflit (classes C) et pour les piétons et les cyclistes (classes P) est traitée dans l'Annexe C informative.

Ta del tega evropskega standarda določa zahtevane lastnosti, ki so opredeljene kot razredi za cestno razsvetljavo, katerih namen je izpolnitev zahtev uporabnikov cest glede vidljivosti, in upošteva okoljske vidike cestne razsvetljave.
OPOMBA: Uporabljeni razredi svetilnosti za omejitev bleščanja in nadzor moteče svetlobe ter uporabljeni razredi indeksa bleščanja za omejitev neprijetnega bleščanja so določeni v informativnem dodatku A.
Razsvetljava na prehodih za pešce je obravnavana v informativnem dodatku B. Vrednotenje bleščanja za konfliktna območja (razredi C) ter območja za pešce in kolesarje (razredi P) je obravnavano v informativnem dodatku C.

Standard SIST EN 13201-2:2016 (sl), Cestna razsvetljava – 2. del: Zahtevane lastnosti, ima status
slovenskega standarda in je enakovreden evropskemu standardu EN 13201-2:2015 (en), Road lighting
– Part 2: Performance requirements, 2015.
Ta standard nadomešča SIST EN 13201-2:2004.
NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR
Evropski standard EN 13201-2:2015 je pripravil tehnični odbor Evropskega komiteja za standardizacijo
CEN/TC 169 Svetloba in razsvetljava v gradbeništvu, katerega tajništvo je v pristojnosti DIN.
Slovenski standard SIST EN 13201-2:2016 je prevod evropskega standarda EN 13201-2:2015. V
primeru spora glede besedila slovenskega prevoda v tem standardu je odločilen izvirnik standarda v
angleškem jeziku. Slovensko izdajo standarda je pripravil tehnični odbor SIST/TC STV Steklo, svetloba
in razsvetljava v gradbeništvu.
Odločitev za privzem tega standarda je SIST/TC STV sprejel 26. maja 2016.
ZVEZA Z NACIONALNIMI STANDARDI
S privzemom tega evropskega standarda veljajo za omejeni namen referenčnih standardov vsi
standardi, navedeni v izvirniku, razen tistih, ki so že sprejeti v nacionalno standardizacijo:
