Guarantees of Origin related to energy - Guarantees of Origin for Electricity

This European Standard specifies requirements for Guarantees of Origin of Electricity from all energy sources. This standard will establish the relevant terminology and definitions, requirements for registration, issuing, transferring and cancellation in line with the RES, Energy Efficiency and IEM Directives. This standard will also cover measuring methods and auditing procedures.
These Guarantees of Origin may be traded and/or used for Disclosure/Labelling.
The content of this standard can, for example, be applied, after necessary modifications, to heating, cooling, and gas (including biogas). These modifications are not part of this standard.
This European Standard will not establish any sustainability criteria, this work is done elsewhere.
This standard is suitable for certification purposes.

Herkunftsnachweise bezüglich Energie - Herkunftsnachweise für Elektrizität

Diese Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen an Herkunftsnachweise für Strom aus allen Energiequellen fest. Diese Norm schreibt die maßgeblichen Begriffe und Definitionen fest, die Anforderungen an die Registrierung, an die Ausstellung, Übertragung und Entwertung von Herkunftsnachweisen im Einklang mit den Europäischen Richtlinien zu Erneuerbaren Energien, zur Kraft-Wärme-Kopplung und zum Elektrizitätsbinnenmarkt. Diese Norm umfasst außerdem Mess- und Auditverfahren.
Diese Herkunftsnachweise dürfen gehandelt und/oder für die Stromkennzeichnung/ weitere Qualitäts-kennzeichnung genutzt werden.
Der Inhalt dieser Norm kann nach entsprechenden Anpassungen beispielsweise auf die Bereiche Wärme, Kühlung und Gas (einschließlich Biogas) angewendet werden. Diese Anpassungen sind nicht Gegenstand dieser Norm.
Diese Europäische Norm legt keinerlei Nachhaltigkeitskriterien fest, diese Festlegungen erfolgen an anderer Stelle.
Diese Norm ist für Zertifizierungszwecke geeignet.

Garanties d'Origine liées à l'énergie - Garanties d'Origine de l'électricité

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences concernant les Garanties d’Origine de l’électricité issue de toutes les sources d’énergie. La présente Norme établira la terminologie et les définitions pertinentes, les exigences portant sur l’enregistrement, l’émission, le transfert et l’annulation en conformité avec les Directives relatives aux sources renouvelables, à l’efficacité énergétique et au marché intérieur de l’électricité. La présente Norme couvrira également les méthodes de mesurage et les modes opératoires des audits.
Ces Garanties d’Origine peuvent être négociées et/ou utilisées pour une divulgation/un étiquetage.
Le contenu de la présente Norme peut, par exemple, être appliqué après les modifications nécessaires au chauffage, au refroidissement et au gaz (y compris le biogaz). Ces modifications ne font pas partie de la présente Norme.
La présente Norme européenne n’établira pas de critères associés au concept de développement durable Ce travail sera réalisé par ailleurs.
La présente Norme est adaptée à des fins de certification.

Potrdilo o izvoru energije - Potrdilo za električno energijo

Ta evropski standard določa zahteve za potrdila o izvoru električne energije iz vseh virov energije. Ta standard bo določil ustrezno terminologijo in definicije, zahteve za registracijo, izdajo, prenos in preklic v skladu z direktivami o obnovljivih virih, energetski učinkovitosti in energetskem notranjem trgu. Ta standard bo zajemal tudi merilne metode in postopke ocenjevanja.
S temi potrdili o izvoru se lahko trguje in/ali se jih uporablja za razkrivanje/označevanje.
Vsebina tega standarda se lahko na primer po potrebnih spremembah uporablja za ogrevanje, hlajenje in plin (vključno z bioplinom). Te spremembe niso vključene v ta standard.
Merila glede trajnosti ne bodo opredeljena v tem evropskem standardu, ampak v drugih dokumentih.
Ta standard je primeren za namene certificiranja.
