Railway applications - Track - Qualification system for railway trackwork contractors
This European Standard specifies the definitions, procedures, criteria and their assessment as well as the respective documentation related to a qualification system of trackwork contractors, which relates to the Directive 2004/17/EC ) . This qualification system identifies trackwork contractors that can be invited for
tendering trackwork contracts.
Evaluation of the contractors applying for parts of the contract, which are not trackwork, is not covered by this
standard.
This European Standard may also be used for a qualification system of trackwork contractors applying for
contracts with a value below the minimum limit as defined in the Directive 2004/17/EC.

Dieses Dokument legt die Begriffe, Verfahren, Kriterien und deren Bewertung sowie die entsprechende
Dokumentation für ein System für die Qualifizierung von Gleisbauunternehmen in Bezug auf die Richtlinie
2004/17/EG 1) fest. Dieses Qualifizierungssystem identifiziert Gleisbauunternehmen die aufgefordert werden
können, an Ausschreibungen für Gleisarbeiten teilzunehmen.
Die Bewertung von Unternehmen, die sich für Teile des Auftrags bewerben und bei denen es sich nicht um
Oberbauarbeiten handelt, ist durch diese Norm nicht abgedeckt.
Diese Europäische Norm darf ebenfalls als System für die Qualifizierung von Unternehmen für Gleisarbeiten
für Aufträge mit einem Wert unter der Mindestgrenze nach Richtlinie 2004/17/EG angewendet werden.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les définitions, les procédures, les critères et leur évaluation, ainsi que la documentation correspondante relatifs à un système de qualification des entreprises de travaux de voies ferrées en relation avec la Directive CE/2004/17 ) . Ce système de qualification identifie les entreprises de travaux de voies ferrées pouvant être invitées à participer à des appels d’offres pour des travaux de voie ferrée.
L’évaluation des entreprises qui postulent pour des parties de contrat ne correspondant pas à des travaux de voie ferrée, ne relève pas de cette norme.
La présente Norme européenne peut également être utilisée pour un système de qualification des entreprises de travaux de voie ferrée pour des marchés d’une valeur inférieure à la limite définie dans la Directive 2004/17/CE.
