This document is applicable to aluminium iron (III) sulfate used for treatment of water intended for human consumption. It gives information on its use in water treatment. It also determines the rules relating to safe handling and use of aluminium iron (III) sulfate (see annex B) .

Elle décrit les caractéristiques et spécifie les exigences du sulfate d'aluminium et de fer (III). Elle fait référence aux méthodes d'analyse correspondantes et donne également des informations sur l'emploi de ce produit pour le traitement de l'eau.
