This document describes the measurement for the determination of the sheet resistance of conductive textile structures or conductive structures by using eddy current technology in reflection mode setup/ arrangement.
It is applicable to conductive textile structures or conductive structures intended for application in/to textiles in the form of sheets (woven fabric, knitted fabric, nonwoven, coated fabric) where the area is formed by intersecting surfaces having conductive textile material.
It is also applicable to multilayer structures containing both insulating and conductive layers.

Dieses Dokument beschreibt die Messung zur Bestimmung des Schichtwiderstands von leitfähigen textilen Strukturen oder von leitfähigen Strukturen mittels der Wirbelstromtechnik in Reflektionsmodus-Anordnung.
Dieses Dokument ist anzuwenden für leitfähige textile Strukturen oder leitfähige Strukturen, die für die Anwendung in/auf Textilien in Form von Flächengebilden (Webware, Maschenware, Vliesstoffe, beschichtete Flächengebilde) vorgesehen sind, bei denen die Fläche durch sich kreuzende Flächen mit leitfähigem textilem Material gebildet wird.
Dieses Dokument ist auch anwendbar für mehrlagige Strukturen, die sowohl aus isolierenden als auch aus leitfähigen Schichten bestehen.

Le présent document décrit le mesurage destiné à la détermination de la résistance superficielle de structures textiles conductrices ou de structures conductrices au moyen d'une technologie par courants de Foucault utilisant un montage/dispositif en mode réflexion.
Le présent document s’applique aux structures textiles conductrices ou aux structures conductrices destinées à être appliquées dans ou sur des textiles sous forme d'une étoffe (tissus, tricots, nontissés, supports textiles revêtus) dont les surfaces de matière textile conductrice s'entrecroisent entre elles.
Il s’applique également aux structures multicouches contenant à la fois des couches isolantes et des couches conductrices.

V tem dokumentu je opisana meritev za določanje površinskega upora prevodnih tekstilnih struktur ali prevodnih struktur z uporabo tehnologije vrtinčnih tokov v nastavitvi/razporeditvi v odbojnem načinu. Uporablja se za prevodne tekstilne strukture ali prevodne strukture, namenjene za uporabo pri tekstilu v obliki plošče (tkana tkanina, pletena tkanina, netkana tkanina, prevlečena tkanina), kjer območje tvorijo stikajoče se površine s prevodnim tekstilnim materialom. Uporablja se tudi za večplastne strukture, ki vsebujejo tako izolacijske kot prevodne plasti.

Introduction
Conductive fabrics are an important component in the design and manufacture of smart textiles. On the
one hand, it is possible to use the non-destructive method for measuring the sheet resistance of fabrics
of different construction and thickness described in this document for quality control of the fabrics. On
the other hand, it is also suitable for quantitatively determining the sheet resistance of the conductive
fabric, which is needed for the design and manufacture of electronic (smart) textile products.
The eddy current method is a method applied for the characterization of electrical properties such as
sheet resistance, conductivity and local magnetization. Typically, an alternating electromagnetic field
