Blinds and shutters - Capability for use of gears with crank handle - Requirements and test methods

This European Standard specifies the functional performances of mechanical drive systems with crank handle for shutters, external blinds and internal blinds and the supply conditions of these systems between blinds and shutters manufacturers on one hand, and operating systems manufacturers on the other, for the following four families of use :
- roller shutters
- venetian blinds
- folding arm awnings
- other awnings and blinds
Excluded from this standard are gears with crank handle fitted to power operated products and used as manual override actuators.

Abschlüsse und Läden - Gebrauchstauglichkeit von Getrieben mit Kurbel - Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren

Diese Europäische Norm legt das funktionale Leistungsvermögen von Getrieben mit Kurbel für Abschlüsse außen, Markisen und Abschlüsse innen fest sowie die Lieferbedingungen für diese Systeme zwischen Herstellern von Abschlüssen einerseits und Herstellern von Getrieben andererseits. Die vier Anwendungsfamilien sind:
¾ Rollläden;
¾ Jalousien;
¾ Gelenkarmmarkisen;
¾ andere Markisen.
Von der vorliegenden Norm ausgeschlossen sind Getriebe mit Kurbel, welche als manuelle Notantriebe für motorisierte Produkte verwendet werden.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les performances fonctionnelles et les essais des systèmes de man�uvre mécaniques à tige oscillante pour fermetures, stores extérieurs et stores intérieurs et régit les conditions de réception de ces systèmes entre les fabricants de fermetures et de stores d'une part, et les fabricants de systèmes de man�uvre d'autre part, pour les quatre familles d'utilisation ci-après :
- volets roulants ;
- stores vénitiens ;
- stores bannes ;
- autres types de stores à enroulement.
Sont exclus de la présente norme les treuils à manivelle à tige oscillante équipant les produits motorisés et utilisés pour le dépannage manuel.
