Guidance on the application of CE marking and preparation of Declaration of Performance for sanitary appliances
This document is primary a guidance and shows instructions, explanations and examples for preparation of Declarations of Performance as well as for CE marking in accordance with 305/2011 EC. The guidance is expecially intended for harmonized standards of CEN/TC 163 e.g. EN 997, EN 12764, EN 13310, EN 13407, EN 14055, EN 14296, EN 14428, EN 14516, EN 14527, EN 14528 and EN 14688.
Products covered by these harmonized standards and therefore the CPR are WCs and WC suites, wirlpool baths, kitchen sinks, wall-hung urinals, WC and urinals flushing cisterns, communal washing troughs, shower enclosures, baths for domestic purposes, shower trays for domestic purposes, bidets and wash basins.
The relationship of the above mentioned standards with EU Construction Products Regulation can be found in the informative Annex ZA of the respective standard.
This document is guidance only and has no mandatory function. Legal requirements are stated in 305/2011 EC and complementary delegated acts of EC e.g. 148/2014 EC and 574/2014 EC.

Leitfaden zur Anwendung der CE-Kennzeichnung und Vorbereitung der Leistungserklärung für Sanitärausstattungsgegenstände
Dieses Dokument dient in erster Linie als Leitfaden und enthält Anweisungen, Erklärungen und Beispiele für die Vorbereitung von Leistungserklärungen sowie für die CE-Kennzeichnung in Übereinstimmung mit der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 305/2011. Die Leitlinien sind insbesondere für die Verwendung mit den harmonisierten Normen des CEN/TC 163 bestimmt, wie z. B. EN 997, EN 12764, EN 13310, EN 13407, EN 14055, EN 14296, EN 14428, EN 14516, EN 14527, EN 14528 und EN 14688.
Produkte, die der Anwendung dieser Normen, und somit der Bauproduktenverordnung unterliegen, sind WC-Becken und WC-Anlagen, Whirlwannen, Küchenspülen, wandhängende Urinale, Spülkästen für WC-Becken und Urinale, Reihenwaschanlagen, Duschabtrennungen, Badewannen für den Hausgebrauch, Duschwannen für den Hausgebrauch, Sitzwaschbecken und Waschbecken.
Der Zusammenhang der oben genannten Normen mit der EU-Bauproduktenverordnung kann dem informativen Anhang ZA der jeweiligen Norm entnommen werden.
Dieses Dokument dient ausschließlich als Leitfaden; seine Verwendung ist nicht obligatorisch. Rechtsvorschriften sind in der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 305/2011 und in den ergänzenden delegierten Rechtsakten der Europäischen Kommission, z. B. der Durchführungsverordnung (EU) Nr. 148/2014 und der delegierten Verordnung (EU) Nr. 574/2014, formuliert.

Recommandations relatives à l’application du marquage CE et à la préparation de la déclaration des performances pour les appareils sanitaires
Le présent document fournit principalement des recommandations, des instructions, des explications et
des exemples pour l’élaboration des déclarations des performances ainsi que pour le marquage CE
conformément au Règlement (UE) N° 305/2011. Les recommandations contenues dans le présent
document sont en particulier destinées aux normes harmonisées du CEN/TC 163, telles que les EN 997,
EN 12764, EN 13310, EN 13407, EN 14055, EN 14296, EN 14428, EN 14516, EN 14527, EN 14528 et
EN 14688.
Les produits couverts par ces normes harmonisées et, par voie de conséquence, par le RPC sont les
cuvettes de WC et les cuvettes à réservoir attenant, les baignoires avec système de brassage d’eau, les
éviers de cuisine, les urinoirs muraux, les réservoirs de chasse d’eau pour WC et urinoirs, les lavabos
collectifs, les parois de douche, les baignoires à usage domestique, les receveurs de douche à usage
domestique, les bidets et les lavabos.
Les relations entre les normes mentionnées ci-dessus et le Règlement UE sur les produits de
construction sont indiquées dans l’Annexe ZA, informative, de la norme respective.
Le présent document est uniquement fourni à titre d’indication et ne revêt aucun caractère obligatoire.
Les prescriptions légales stipulées dans le Règlement (UE) N° 305/2011 et les actes délégués
complémentaires de l’UE (par exemple les Règlements (UE) N° 148/2014 et N° 574/2014) s’appliquent.

Navodilo za uporabo CE-označevanja in priprava izjave o lastnostih za sanitarne naprave
Pri tem dokumentu gre primarno za smernice; v dokumentu so prikazana navodila, razlage in primeri za pripravo izjave o zmogljivosti ter oznake CE skladno z uredbo 305/2011 ES. Smernice veljajo zlasti za usklajene standarde CEN/TC 163, npr. EN 997, EN 12764, EN 13310, EN 13407, EN 14055, EN 14296, EN 14428, EN 14516, EN 14527, EN 14528 in EN 14688.
Proizvodi, ki jih zajemajo ti usklajeni standardi in posledično CPR, so straniščne školjke in z njimi povezane naprave, masažne kadi, kuhinjska korita, stenski pisoarji, cisterne za izpiranje straniščnih školjk in pisoarjev, komunalna korita, tuš kabine, kadi za domačo uporabo, kadi za prhanje za domačo uporabo, bideji in umivalniki.
Razmerje med zgoraj navedenimi standardi in Uredbo EU o gradbenih proizvodih lahko najdete v informativnem dodatku ZA posameznega standarda.
Ta dokument predstavlja le smernice in ne vključuje obveznosti. Pravne zahteve, navedene v uredbi 305/2011 ES ter dopolnilni delegirani akti ES, npr. 148/2014 ES in 574/2014 ES.
