Industrial, commercial and garage doors and gates - Product standard - Part 1: Products without fire resistance or smoke control characteristics
This European Standard specifies the safety and performance requirements for doors, gates and barriers, intended for installation in areas in the reach of persons, and for which the main intended uses are giving safe access for goods and vehicles accompanied or driven by persons in industrial, commercial or residential premises.
This European Standard also covers commercial doors such as rolling shutters and rolling grilles used in retail premises which are mainly provided for the access of persons rather than vehicles or goods.
These doors can include pass doors incorporated in the door leaf which are also covered by this European Standard.
These devices can be manually or power operated.
This European Standard does not cover operation in environments where the electromagnetic disturbances are outside the range of those specified in EN 61000-6-3.
Tore - Produktnorm - Teil 1: Produkte ohne Feuer- und Rauchschutzeigenschaften
1.1 Allgemeines
Diese Europäische Norm legt die Sicherheits- und Leistungsanforderungen an Tore und Schranken fest, die für den Einbau in Zugangsbereichen von Personen vorgesehen sind und deren hauptsächlich vorgesehene Verwendung darin besteht, eine sichere Zufahrt für Waren und Fahrzeuge, begleitet oder geführt (gesteuert) von Personen, in industriellen, gewerblichen oder Wohnbereichen zu ermöglichen.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt auch für gewerbliche Tore, wie z. B. Rolltore und Rollgitter, die in Räumlichkeiten für den Einzelhandel eingesetzt werden und die weniger für den Zugang von Fahrzeugen oder Gütern als für den Zutritt von Personen bestimmt sind.
Zu diesen Toren können auch in den Torflügel eingebaute Schlupftüren gehören, die ebenfalls in dieser Europäischen Norm geregelt sind.
Diese Einrichtungen können hand- oder kraftbetätigt sein.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für den Einsatz in Umgebungen, in denen die elektromagnetischen Störungen über den in EN 61000-6-3 festgelegten Bereich hinausgehen.
1.2 Ausnahmen
Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für die folgenden Produkte, die für andere Anwendungszwecke bestimmt sind:
- Schleusen- und Docktore;
- Aufzugstüren;
- Fahrzeugtüren;
- Panzertüren;
- hauptsächlich für Tierhaltung verwendete Tore;
- textile Theatervorhänge;
- waagrecht bewegte, handbetätigte Türen für Fußgänger mit einer Flügelfläche von weniger als 6,25 m2;
- waagrecht bewegte, kraftbetätigte Tore mit einer Breite von weniger als 2,5 m und einer Fläche von weniger als 6,25 m2, die nach prEN 12650-1:2001 in erster Linie für die Nutzung durch Fußgänger ausgelegt sind;
- Karusselltüren jeder Größe;
- Bahnschranken;
- Schranken, die ausschließlich für Fahrzeuge verwendet werden.
Diese Europäische Norm deckt nicht die funkferngesteuerten Teile von Toren ab. Wird eine Funkfernsteuerung eingesetzt, sollten zusätzlich die betreffenden ETSI-Normen angewendet werden.

1.1 Généralités
La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences de performances et de sécurité relatives aux portes, portails et barrières, destinés à être installés dans des zones accessibles aux personnes et dont l'utilisation principale prévue est de permettre l'accès des marchandises et des véhicules accompagnés ou conduits par des personnes, en toute sécurité, dans des locaux industriels et commerciaux ou des garages dans les zones d'habitation.
La présente Norme européenne traite également des portes commerciales comme les rideaux à lames et grilles à enroulement utilisés dans les zones de vente au détail et dont l'utilisation principale prévue est de permettre l'accès des personnes plutôt que des véhicules ou des marchandises.
Ces portes peuvent inclure des portillons intégrés aux tabliers qui sont également traités dans la présente Norme européenne.
Ces produits peuvent être à man�uvre manuelle ou motorisée.
La présente Norme européenne ne traite pas du fonctionnement dans des environnements où les perturbations électromagnétiques sont en dehors des plages spécifiées dans l'EN 61000-6-3.
1.2 Exclusions
La présente Norme européenne ne s'applique pas aux équipements suivants, qui sont destinés à un usage différent :
- portes d'écluses et portes de bassin ;
- portes d'ascenseur ;
- portes de véhicules ;
- portes blindées ;
- portes pour le parcage des animaux ;
- rideaux de théâtre ;
- portes manuelles à déplacement horizontal avec vantail d'une surface inférieure à 6,25 m2 à l'usage des personnes ;
- portes motorisées à déplacement horizontal de moins de 2,5 m de large et d'une surface inférieure à 6,25 m2, conçues essentiellement pour l'usage piétonnier conformément au prEN 12650-1 ;
- portes à tambours de toutes tailles ;
- barrières de passage à niveau ;
- barrières destinées uniquement aux véhicules.
